The college I attend requires us to go to this company for our scrubs. We have only 4 types we can get for my program and they are required to be navy blue. Before I get into the trouble I had with the actual company I should mention their building is very difficult to find they do not have any visible signs saying the name of the company facing the street or in general anywhere I could see on the building, the only sign telling me I was in the right spot was the one in the parking lot saying«freedom company parking only.» I entered the building and started looking for the scrubs I needed, none of the workers played any attention to me or my husband, this might be because there was only two workers there at the time and they had about 7 or 8 customers waiting to checkout which is fine but after the line stopped and the workers started folding clothes they still payed no attention to us, we had to physically walk up and basicly tap them on the shoulder for help. Once I found the scrubs I liked I found out they only had one pair in my size, and the pants were actually a size smaller then I wanted because they didn’t have any in my size. This happens by the way with all of their sizes as soon as someone buys them you will most likely be out of luck. The woman at the counter reassured me that I could order them to be shipped to the store, she said it takes about two weeks and then about a week to embroider them(also required for my class.) This was not ideal because I started school four weeks from then but I figured it was all I could do because they were out of my size in the other 3 styles as well. I received a call from one of the workers saying that my scrubs were on back order and will not be sent out for processing till the 18th(I ordered them on the first) this means I would not get them until a week after I start school. Not a huge deal so I agreed. Today I recieved a phone call saying they were pushed on back order again and will not get there until the last week of September, a full two months from when I ordered them. To put the cherry on top, the guy who left the message with a very monotone almost bored voice said«oh yeah, if that’s a problem for you call back, if you don’t call back I’ll assume you are OK with it.» Very bad business, if I had a choice I would go somewhere else and never return.
