I had been to this Jiffy Lube in Murrells Inlet and I was treated wonderfully. I had a short wait until they finished another car, then they were on mine. I don’t think I was in there 25 minutes!
Employees were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this location.

Second visit to the Jiffy Lube in North Myrtle Beach. Two strikes. VERY slow. Cars that arrived 20 min. after me were done, paid, and gone before I was cashed out. Same as last visit. They do not get a strike three. Stay away unless you have plenty of time and don’t care how you are treated.

Yes for Unilocal!Jiffy Lube (and Shell Oil) responded to my complaint and made things right. Apparently they are going to use this complaint to improve how they deal with customers and complaints. They know that this particular business has a bad reputation and they are making an effort to change it. They refunded the money for the unnecessary battery that was put in and allowed us to keep the battery. Good business.
