These guys are horrible! I cancelled service and they keep billing and will not do anything about it. I am working with my bank to get the funds credited! They over charge for internet services, I found another company who offers faster and less expensive services and cancelled Aerosurf. Now I am fighting with them to get refunded for unauthorized transactions on my account where they have billed my bank account after I cancelled. AWFUL!.

We just moved into a new place in deep wine country Temecula that is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Our house was setup under Southern California Telephone. What a nightmare! We run an internet based business so having a good working signal is imperative to our business. Our internet was so glitchy and slow we couldn’t even load web pages. We even had the«highest speed» package. We called over and over and over to customer service but not once did anyone come out to check to see what was the problem. After weeks of being ignored and false promises we had enough of their terrible customer service. Thank god for Aerosurf! We’ve had Aerosurf before this and they have been the best! We called Aerosurf in hopes that they serviced our area and they did. We immediately made the switch over and they have gone above and beyond to get our internet up and running. They personally came out 3 times to ensure that we got the best and fastest signal in our area. They didn’t leave us hanging and didn’t leave until we had fast working internet service. I’m not one to write many reviews but they definitely deserve 5 stars and I will be recommending them to all of my neighbors.
