Overall I’m happy with the studio and really hope they make it. It’s a great to have a local place that has dance for adults. I have been to Zumba and Barre Fitness at Alias Movement Center. I really enjoyed Barre Fitness. My only complaint is pricing is a little strange. I had to pay the monthly membership even though I would only get two weeks of service. I think it’s a bit unfair to not prorate or at least give me 30 days of classes. But I figured three classes paid for the monthly fee anyways so no harm no foul. FYI… If you want to get the most of your monthly membership, then start at the beginning of the month.

This is a great place for dance/fitness and fun. Patient, informative, down-to-earth, and encouraging instructors. Beginner adult classes REALLY support the beginning adult … like me! –But also teach to more advanced students’ needs. Prices are great, and a variety of options. Location is easy… off Winchester and Hot Springs tucked behind Albertson’s. Class times make sense… not too early, not too late for the working person. Youth classes also available. WAY more fun and engaging than running a treadmill at the gym, and more personable than being in a huge class.

I tried the barre fitness class here for the first time this week. It kicked my butt and I had sooo much fun! I am a practicing yogi and an occasional rock climber, and was looking for a new way to venture out my normal workout routines. Definitely try out this studio the place is HUGE!
