My opinion about this place has changed dramatically. My first time was a great visit and would most likely give it 5 stars (I had my hair done by Angela and she was great!). But the second time I didn’t make an appointment as I knew from passing by so many times that they would take walk ins because that’s what it said on the outside of their salon. I went in and inquired if I could get a cut and color done. There was no one at the front desk. Granted, the lady who asked me what I needed done was nice and asked a few of her co workers if they would be able to accommodate me. They were a bit rude in turning me down. One even smirked. I’m pretty sure you can turn down a customer without making an irritatingly smug remark. I contemplated on just getting a cut done since a color would be time consuming. I asked the lady who helped me if I can just have a haircut and she said she can give me a quick trim and appeared to be in a rush. I might as well have walked in there with my entire savings account and asked to ruin my hair in the fastest way possible. I will give her the benefit of the doubt because she was sweet to have helped in the first place. But I didn’t want my hair done haphazardly so I politely declined. It clearly looked like I was bothering them. They didn’t even bother to suggest an appointment for me.
Beauty solutions, I have one solution for you. Please put that sign «Walk ins welcome» down because it clearly isn’t.

Don’t go there. The stylists don’t know what they are doing. I had to pay over $ 300. to correct poor work. When I called the management, she listened to my «polite» complaint for a bit, but then was clearly ready to hang up. If it were me? I would want to know «details» so that I could improve my business. This place is poorly run. I had 2 different stylists who I was told were their best with color. LOL This place needs Tabatha!

Living in the area I went to this salon a couple of times in the past and was very disappointed. Some of the «stylists» and I use the term loosely, are snipy gossipers who care more about gossiping with each other than giving the proper service to their clients. Additionally I was very dissatisfied with my hair after paying premium prices for color style cut. After having a hair emergency and needing to get in somewhere fast I went back and luckily got someone new to the salon as my stylist. She is the best stylist I have ever had anywhere. Amazing with color, color correction, cuts — everything with reasonable prices. I recently discovered she left this shop because of some underhanded shenanigans I’ll not go into here. Fortunately I found her on Facebook! I will never step foot in this salon again — would probably never have my hair professionally done again if I had to let one of these «stylists» touch my head.

Really great salon, I always have Lisette do my hair. She knows how to listen to exactly what i want, she engages in conversation, and is completely focused on providing the best experience possible. I have so much trust in her as my hair stylist because she continually does a excellent job on my hair. I have only positive and glowing remarks about the amazing work that Lisette has done and continues to do. I will continue to go to her for as long as she is doing hair. Thank you Lissette for all your hard work!!! :D

If you are looking for a new hair stylist, Lisette is the girl you want to see! I moved to Arizona for school a few years ago and have never found a stylist that was able to replace her. Luckily I visit my family every other month or so and she has no problem scheduling me in right away. Any special event I have ever gone to she has colored, cut, and styled my hair and I highly recommend her. Wether I’m looking for something natural, or something fun, or even if I’m not quite sure what I want, she has always amazed me with how great my hair had turned out.

OMG. Rude people. Sign says «walk ins welcomed» but they arnt. It was more like we were a bother… Im big on service and a smile and a «Im sorry but we cant take you now» would have gone farther than a rude look.

I did the $ 69 deal for a facial and haircut (w/​shampoo and style) and i am pleased to say that I was very satisfied with the results! Cheryl (the owner) did my facial first and it was AMAZING! It was a full hour with cleanse, microderm, and a moisturizing mask — a steal for the price! Next I had my hair shampooed and blowdried. The hair stylist also flat ironed my hair and did a little trim with some cute side bangs — loved it! Overall, a great experience… only thing I did not like is that while I was getting my facial I could hear some noise through the wall from the pizza place next door. Also, I am a bit OCD, so cleanliness is a big deal for me. The room that I had my facial in was not as clean and tidy as I would have like it to be. However, overall, I had such a great experience :) I will probably be back!

I called and made appt and when I got to the shop they told me the prior appt was late so I would have to wait ½ hr. What’s the point of the appt? Will not go back, bad service!!!

Their deal of a facial and hair cut for $ 69 is awesome! I’ve been needing both for a while. The usual salon prices at other places are ridiculous and we don’t have a lot of money.
I got a microdermabrasion from Cheryl, who is also the owner. She was very sweet and attentive. I have worked in many day spas and salons so I know a good esthetician when I feel one. She was awesome and gave me goose bumps.
I got my hair cut from Lisette. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me what I asked for. I love my new hair! It’s so much healthier. I’m a swim teacher and used to be a competitive swimmer and water polo player so my hair was really damaged and dry because of the chlorine. I appreciated that she never made me feel self-​concious about the condition of my hair. I’ve been to places where the stylist will harp on it and it really pisses me off.
The only reason I would give them 4 stars is because it could use a little organizing. I would rather give 4 ½ though. It looks like the hair stylist rent the space and are free to use whatever supplies they like. I would prefer a more uniformed looked so everything doesn’t look so mismatched. The décor and set up is nice, but when it’s busy it gets a little messy. It would help if the receptionist would help keep up the shop a bit more.
I will definately be going back for more microdermabrasions from Cheryl and hair cuts from Lisette!
**Microdermabrasions with Cheryl are regularly $ 70 and other more standard facials are $ 50. A hair cut from Lisette is $ 35. A cut and color/​highlight from Lisette is a $ 69 special for new clients.**

Love their great deal!: Haircut, mani/​pedi & 1 hour facial all for only $ 99.00!!! I know, right?! Some may say you get what you pay for, however; I have had the most amazing facials ever (including microderm abrasion by Cheryl (the owner) and I won’t let anyone other than Melissa touch my hair (And I’m very picky!) Been going there regularly for about 3 years, continuing as long as we live in Murrieta!
