BevMo

I was assigned a project at work to track down 30 bottles of Johnnie Walker and get them to a winery in Temecula. I work in LA, and this project became super complicated. Rena and Derick at this store managed to pull together the bottles I needed, when I needed them, and helped me get everything set up for pick up. Their communication was excellent, and they tolerated all my phone calls and silly questions. It’s rare to get excellent customer service these days, so I really appreciated all the help!

Now this Bev Mo and Super Star Staff ROCKS! They know customer service and greets everyone coming thru the doors even when they’re busy as heck. Kat, Derek, Ray and the rest of the crew is dynamic. This is my Go To Store fo sure. Keep up the great attitude!

This location was very clean and well stocked. The staff gave great customer service. Not only did they answer the billion and one questions I asked, they took me to each area and showed me the item. The staff even explained that this location has weekly tastings. The person I spoke with just could not remember the times and directed to the internet. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend this location.

This is my go to store, a clean and full store. I love the craft beer section, they always have what I want or if I what to try new things this is the place. I’ve been to a lot of Bev Mos and this one is the cleanest, which is nice. I was looking for a new Stone beer and Dana helped me out and gave me ideas for some Food pairing to go with the beer, AWESOME. She must of been the manager because she knew this store very well, thanks for the help, Ill enjoy by TONITE as that was the Stone beer I bought.

came here after work to grab a bottle of gin. was in line and the cashier said something weird/​awkward to the guy in front of me. he was not to pleased with her. so i should have known it would be bad… CATHLEEN the cashier then proceeded to ask me for my id. i gave it to her. she swiped it .then she asked are you 21? (with a dirty look on her face) i said yes. then she said what is your birth date?(while she still has my license in her hand looking at it the whole time).so i tell her .she still looks pissed as if im lying. im 27 yrs old. i was so embarrassed after being hassled .being interrogated and questioned as if im lying. it was terrible. cathleen get of your high horse please. definitely WONT be coming back!!!

What great service we had from the manger, he was so helpful and was pleased to answer all our questions. He suggested a Champagne for my friends wedding, and helped us with our order. I like that this bevmo was huge and clean with very friendly staff.

Always have great prices and a great selection. Staff is friendly! My #1 stop to find what I’m looking for, even sodas.

Really nice bevmo. Spacious and clean this store most likely will have what you are looking for. I usually don’t come here looking for anything specific. I like to check out new wines and see if they are running their 5 cent sale. I love a deal and buy one get one for 5 cents is where it is at!
I came here last time looking for something specific. I went to a beer fest and a company sampled this ginger beer that was out of this world. I looked and looked and couldn’t find it. I asked for help and the associate went way out of his way to find it. He saw that the store didn’t carry it and looked online to locate it. He went above and beyond to help me in a world where usually people just shrug and say «I dunno…»

Friendly workers. Called ahead of time to save a few bottles of the game of thrones beer, and they grabbed us all different bottle labels. So sweet of them.
I’ve purchase other things there as well. I like it. Will go if needed ;)

What’s not to like? Great selection, great customer service and usually I can get in and out pretty quick, that is if I don’t get too distracted by all the different beers!

This BevMo is awesome when it comes to putting items on hold or with special orders. A very clean and well stock place. Need more variety of craft beers especially coming from the west coast best coast in beers.

One of my favorite places to be!!! We have always had GREAT service here. The staff is super helpful & friendly. Me being a wine-​o LOVE trying different wines the staff always has different recommendations.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is some staff are never in a good mood it seems like. Crap have a drink have fun you work at BevMo. I can always get the beer I want and they are never out. Change the service and you’ll have a winner here.

I usually go to the location up in Cajalco Crossings near Corona, but BevMo does such a great job at staffing all of its stores. Knowledgable employees abound. My only knock is that most stores seem to have a heavier ratio of wine and beer and less on hard spirits. I’m still trying to figure out how they determine what booze to put under lock and key. Also wish that the BevMo card gave you something more than just 5% off your purchases. Ah the many mysteries of life!

Wow! Helpful much? I say that in a good way. Came here to pick up a few libations for co-​workers for the holidays.
When I headed for the whiskey section, a sales person swooped in and zeroed in on what I might be looking for. He made some suggestions, then went to help another customer.
Not more than 30 seconds later, another sales guy came over to ask if I needed help.
«Do you drink scotch?» I asked. Depending on how you look at it, I asked either the right or the wrong person. This guy DEFINITELY knew his scotch. I felt like I was in scotch school hearing him talk about the aging process, the difference between the low and highland scotches and on and on.
His tutorial did help me make some informed decisions, with the slant of a salesperson, of course.
Bevmo seems a bit more expensive than what you’ll find at grocery stores, but the selection is fantastic.

Beer tasting nite is so fun! so many people show up to this! The ‘host’ is awesome!

Have you ever tried? I have. Of the 3, The Macallan makes me swoon. It takes me to a place that I cannot reach on my own. It takes me to that area of the brain that’s reserved for high school day dreams and childhood fantasies.
Yes, Virginia it really is that good.
Please don’t misinterpret, the Louis is also delicious and magical, but with a $ 800+ price tag-​a purchase is not imminent. The Macallan is a much more manageable $ 350+. The Glenlivet is an able substitute for an even friendlier $ 250+.
But why should you spend so much on a single bottle of liquor and NOT be in VIP? Because these drinks make you dream with your eyes open (assuming that you’re of legal drinking age).
At BevMo Murrieta, you’ll find the 3 dream makers. But if you don’t, just ask a friendly associate to order one for you.

Yeah! Who doesn’t love BevMo? OK, this is not a good place to hold an AA meeting or break up with your significant other. However, if you’re looking for something with an alcohol volume of greater that 1% this is the place. OK, they don’t have NyQuil but everything else with alcohol is at your fingertips. The wine selection is as big as Napa Valley, the beer section has everything but Duff from the Simpson’s (as of last Saturday), the hard liquor section is a fraternity’s Disneyland, and to top it off they have cigars, caviar, cheeses, bar ware, and more. C’mon, if this isn’t as good as it gets what is?

It’s BevMo. What else is there to say?!
