Really GREAT place. Every time I go in there I am always taken care of. The owner Viktor is great he always helps me out and answers any questions I have. I went I there today and he swapped out my number from one phone to another and he did it really fast. I even purchased another phone for a family member and he gave me a really good deal. Definitely the place to go to if you are looking for a Great Deal!!! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks Viktor for all your awesome help!

Clearly the owner, at this particular location, does not want to be there. I would say in general, that he hates all of humanity. Don’t expect ANY help from this guy. Horrible experience. I agree with the 2 other reviews I saw, if I could give less than one star, I would. If he ever comes across these reviews, I hope in some way they help him. I really do. Sir, the number one rule, of a customer based business, is to at the very least be courteous. A smile would be nice. At one point I told him I was going to leave and find another Boost, as it was clear he did not want to help me. Quite irritated he told me that his biz is not doing well and he is stuck with a lease and in the meantime trying to feed his children. LOL… BE a GOOD businessman then! A pretty obvious thing is that if your biz is not doing well? Try to turn it around. When a customer asks for help with their phone or service, or even things they might buy for their new phone? HELPTHEM! Daaa!

If, I could have given a NOSTARRATING, I would! The owner Victor, is a BASTARD!!! My family & I drove from Temecula to Murrieta on Monday 5, 2015 around 1pm. We walk in and he’s behind the counter watching tv & as customers, he didn’t say hello or anything. His employee named Pricilla(his sister n law) had informed me to go to the boost mobile in Murrieta, because the Temecula & Perris location would be closed all this week. She quoted me a price for a phone, that would have been for our son in the Temecula location. However, I couldn’t buy it until Monday & she said that the Murrieta location, would honor the price with no problems. Victor, on the other hand wouldn’t. He’s telling me why would Pricilla, quote you a price $ 10.00 less when it’s $ 10.00 more! I told him that she wrote the price on the ticket but he’s arguing back in forth with me, still watching tv… a – hole!!! Then says Pricilla, is on vacation with my wife & will be back at the Temecula location on Friday the 9th, so go back there then & I will ask her myself, if she quoted you that price or not! the only reason i am giving this place 1 star is because there aren’t any thumb downs! I have given this business so many chances but they continue to disappoint me. I go to make payments and they never post the payment right away. Once i had to go back to the place to wait for it to be done before leaving. I made a payment 2 days ago and STILL it hasn’t posted to my account!!! i will do everything in my power to let people know about this place because their service is horrible. I rather go through 10 loops to make my payment instead of come here for business.
