Prices are good and the guy who came to deliver and picked up the items I rented was very nice and helpful with letting us know what size bouncers and waterslides would be the best fit in our backyard. I can see the need to rent again from them in the future.

Let me just start by saying Marco is a great guy. I have rented from him several times each time a pleasure. I even had rented the water bouncy and it’s sprang a leak in the middle of the party he came right away to fix it so we could continue. Bouncers2u will always get my business.

We used bouncers2u for my daughters birthday and they were great! Everyone loved the hello kitty bounce house it was in great condition and very clean, they were friendly and had great customer service, they showed up on time and gave us the whole day, didn’t charge us for extra hours or set up or delivery charges like other companies. I would definetly recommend them for your next party!!!

This company is fantastic! Outstanding customer service and super clean bouncers! with less than 24 hours notice Marco came in and took measurements at our house in Wildomar and set up an amazing Squeaky clean bouncer the very next day! We were let down by another company and Bouncers2U really saved the day and we ended up having a great time. Set up and take down was a breeze its was like they were never there and a bouncer magically appeared and disappeared. I really can’t thank them enough for coming over with such short notice and exceeding our expectations! We’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

Rented a waterslide over the hot Labor Day weekend. This was the first time we’ve rented an inflatable waterslide or bounce house so researching was challenging since there are so many options in the area. I placed a few calls and left messages with other companies (I just realized I never heard back!), and was going to leave a message for Bouncers2u at about 7:30 AM the Saturday before we needed the slide to see if it was available. He actually answered at 7:30 AM on Saturday, confirmed the slide was available so we were all set! He called to re-​confirm the night before, showed on time, picked up on time, and there were no hidden fees (actually seemed less expensive than all the other companies we looked at online). He set everything up for us and broke everything down for us when he picked up. The slide was in great condition and we had a blast.
I was tempted to keep Bouncers2u a secret so no one else reserves the slide when we want it again, but our experience was so good we had to write a review for them.
