This was my first time coming in. I have a lot of old jewelry from my mother and father and decided to get rid of it. Tiffany was very patient and took the time to explain the process to me. She also gave some great advice on jewelry purchasing. Very friendly and polite. I have a few more boxes to get rid of and will now be sure to come back.

This was my first time to selling my extra gold for cash. I was unsure about this so I called around. This particular store worker took an extra amount of time out of her day to explain everything. Then again several more times so i could understand. ahhaha. I know nothing about gold or how the process works. She was very friendly and patient with me about any, an all of my questions. So much I had to go in an see Tiffany who totally took care of me.
Over all a good experience. Now, if I cld get food service this good. Lol

Tiffany is awesome! I had a gold necklace that was just collecting dust, no sentimental value of course. She was very professional and straight forward about the info for the transaction, came up with a fair price! Office was clean, in and out within 8 minutes. Awesome place :)

I went to visit family in California, and one of the things we needed to do was to sell off some gold. We went to this place and a woman named Tiffany was very polite and helpful. It was relieving to see that there are some great workers like her around, and my family and I did not feel ripped off at all. There would be no other place to go except here; definitely coming back.

Took some jewelry in to sell and they offered me $ 119. If you know the Karat and the weight you can look this information up on the Internet. I knew how much it was worth before I went in and I knew it was worth a lot more than $ 119. The girl insisted it wasn’t so I left and went across the street to the jewelry shop by CiCi’s Pizza, where the man gave me $ 186 for it. I don’t know how they claim to pay more than everywhere else. I have told everyone I know not to sell to them if they don’t want to be ripped off.

My name is Ashley and I had some old gold I wanted to get money for but was scared I was going to get ripped off. I had gone to the pawn shop up the street but walked out upset at their price they were going to pay me. I found AAA Gold Exchange on the internet and decided to give them a chance. I walked in suspicious but very surprised at how clean and professional Nat and Sloane were so I sat down. They offered me double what the pawn shop did and they even tested the gold right in front of me. Thank you for an awesome experience both of you! I will be back with my friends and family!
