Picked up an orange and grey dome. I got home and realized the storage bag didn’t have wheels. I called them and they were able to give me the wheels. Good customer service, guy at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Love the show room, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Location was easy to find and there’s a nice size parking lot in front. Everyone was helpful, lots of products and I left with a great deal on a Vista. Better quality than competitors, thank you, I’ll be back for more E-Z UPS!

It is not often that I can’t find a better deal online, however I found that the prices were the same, if not better than online. This made me happy because I like to see what I’m going to buy especially when it’s a big purchase. I went in a couple times to see the showroom and the people there were very helpful and patient. There was no hard sell, just good, honest information to help me make the best choice. I ended up purchasing a canopy, a side wall and two half walls. When I got home I realized that the sidewall was packaged incorrectly and it was only a half wall. I took it back and they exchanged it for me right away with zero hassle. They even double checked the new box to make sure it was indeed the item I wanted. All around great experience.

Why in God’s name would you not have this store open on a SATURDAY? What day are people most likely to come in before a game to buy a shelter when it is 112 degrees out? LAZYLAZYLAZY!

The service was good. There was only one salesperson in the store. I have a 501c sports league and had filled out the form online but still haven’t heard anything from the online request. So I went into the store. The sales person was good and attentive, he seemed distracted when other customers walked in because he was the only one there. I was disappointed that he wasn’t willing to give me the discount my league said we had with them. No response about sponsor. I finally decided to just buy the small one because our team needed something so I did. The sales person seemed stressed out because he said the computer was down and he had to hand write the receipt by hand which made the process slower and other customers waiting. I don’t think this was entirety his fault but they seemed short staffed and nit really willing to work with charitable organizations. I was willing to have their logo on our banner and pop up… if they sponsored or donated to us. Not sure if I’ll be back. Going to try to find other business that are more considerate to 501c3 organizations.
