I am never going back to see Dr. Elfelt. I had a wonderful doctor for years but unfortunately he left the area. I went in to see Dr. Elfelt for a problem I was having he did an exam and ultrasound. It was a very uncomfortable experience and he left me bruised and in pain. This has never happened to me before with any other doctors. If you don’t want to be treated like a peace of meat I would recommend going to a doctor who knows how to perform what should of been a simple exam.

I have had Dr. Elfelt for years now and he has always been really attentive and takes the time after my exams to ask questions and even inquires about my children and how they are. I believe he is a wonderful doctor and his staff is equally kind and attentive. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Where do I begin? I was 21 weeks pregnant w/​spotting and cramps (which were actually contractions). «Dr.» Elfelt saw me in his office 5 hours after I called. He talked to me for 5 min., said I had a bladder infection, and sent me home with antibiotics. He seemed annoyed that he had to see me at the last minute, and literally had one foot out the exam room door as I was still asking questions. He didn’t monitor for contractions or do an ultrasound, both which are simple and quick to do. I ended up in full-​blown labor and gave birth to my son at 21 weeks gestation. He did not make it. Find an ob/​gyn who will listen to you and take you seriously. (See my other reviews)
