Ray is incredible! He has helped with our daughter(a college sophomore soccer player) prepare to return to playing after suffering from a fibula break last season. She lost 20+ pounds in two months and gained back an amazing amount of strength. Ray also trains our son, a sophomore in high school, lacrosse player and wrestler. Ray trains them according to their needs! He is also very conscious of safety, teaching them the right way to weight train and improve their agility. Our family would recommend Ray to ANYONE interested in health and fitness!
