Kiddie Academy of Murrieta

Love this school! I’m a working mother, and need sensitivity because of my long hours and complex schedule. I have had my child in other schools and they made me feel like my child was just a payment. Mrs Charity works with the parents, is very hands on and loves the children. They do special things for the kids, especially around the holiday season that no other school provides. This school has been a blessing.

I absolutely LOVE this school!!! My daughter loves going here! She has learned so much! She knows how to sign and can sing her ABCs. She’s not even two yet! She is always so happy to be at school and play with her friends! I am super excited about them now taking school age! They offer so many more fun activities at a reasonable cost!

We were very impressed by the hospitality of the staff and also how they treat out little boy, it feels as if this facility is our home our son welcomed the staff with open arms which he rarely does. I would greatly recommend this facility to others. The monitoring system needs a little work (the website to view video) but the daily emails after we clock out is the best. Thank you very much on caring for our child

I’ve been extremely happy with Kiddie Academy. I’ve had my daughter there for almost a year now and she’s enjoyed her time there. You can’t beat the location, as it’s right next door to the fire station and close to the Police Station. Ms. Chrissy & Ms. Jill have always been accommodating anytime I had questions or concerns. They recently started emailing me and provided daily reports and updates. I think I may have wrote a review before back when my kid was only a month or two months in, suggesting those daily reports bc my old daycare did that. So I’m really happy I get them now. It’s nice to know what your kid does all day, what they eat, what activities they do, how long they sleep, potty habits, etc. So after almost a year now I have been happy. The only way or reason Id leave is if i found something cheaper. But it looks as though everyone is around the same price if not more.

I am giving one star, only because of Mrs. Parsons. She is amazing and she was the only reason we had a hard time leaving. My child loved her! However, I did end up pulling my child out of Kiddie Academy because we no longer felt he was safe there. He was hurt numerous times with no call from the school, nor an incident report to be discussed. None of the teachers communicate with another and the directors of the school seem extremely over whelmed with little help from the owners. It’s sad as this was my first experience with a preschool. Many of the other parents I know from Kiddie Academy have started to pull their kids from their care as well.

The only reason we keep our children there is because of the Preschool teacher Mrs. Parsons. Other than that, we would take our kids out. Since the new ownership has taken completely over — it has gone down hill and fast. The new owners and directors don’t seem to care about the parents and it doesn’t even seem like the «teachers» have credentials of any type.
