My roommate and I headed here for breakfast this morning looking for something other than a typical chain restaurant, and we definitely found it! The food was awesome! I had a egg and cheese croissant and my friend had the ratatouille crêpe. I don’t know what they did to my scrambled eggs, but they were delicious! Seriously cheesy and awesome! They were sandwiched between two mini– croissants, which were soft and buttery! The portions are a bit small, at least compared to other breakfast places, but it just leaves more room for dessert! Also, you get free coffee with breakfast until noon, which is lovely. The service was good. We were helped by a young girl, who I’m guessing might be the owner’s daughter, and then an older lady, who I believe was the owner. They were helpful, but gave us space to enjoy our meal without interruptions. The pastries looked so good that we had to try some before we left. I had a chocolate éclair, which was good. A little crunch with a creamy chocolate filling, perfect! My friend had a napoleon, also very creamy and good. We also took a pastry to go, it looks like a tiramisu but the lady called it something else, which was also very good! All-in-all, a lovely breakfast. I left satisfied and not sickly full. I can’t wait to go back and try the fresh bread! This is a real gem of a place!
