Went through the drive through to order the cashier asked if we can pull ahead because it would be a minute for our chicken. No big deal because it is 1:30 A.M. After a fun Saturday night. When the manager comes out to give us our food she rudely tells us we are parked in the wrong area to get our food… I didn’t argue just wanted to eat but technically I was suppose to get it through the drive through sorry you had to walk an extra 10 feet with my salty AF fries…

A Saturday alone with the kids so I figured I would hit the easy button and take them to McD’s. I have discovered that only people who HATE their children bring them here. Go here if you are disappointed with yourself and have a desire to punish yourself. As an alternative, for twenty dollars I will serve you 3 day old food, no napkins and scream in your face.

Bad service. Rude staff. Keep having issues with orders wrong orders, forgetting item was, now and eggshell in my daughters egg mcmuffin??? Gross
And the play place is dirty. They refused to tell me when and the last time they cleaned it. My ex takes them there and my kids get sick every time!
Avoid this place if u can at all cost it’s not with it!

I was surprised to not see more 5 stars for this location. I walked in from dropping my Daughter off at Cheer to a refreshing boost of cold air. This heat wave is killing me so I figured I’ll take my son to play in the play area and for a McFlurry!
My first thought before coming was a dirty playground but this was not the case. We were the only ones in the play area and it was CLEAN! No sticky seats or tables, no dirty floors and trust me I looked…
To my surprise McDonalds has FREE WIFI! WOW! You can’t even get that at Walmart (why I refuse to shop there)
I was personally impressed for a McDonalds because my expectations were so small… The food is blah but hey your at McDonalds.

I live a mile away from this McDonalds so I’ve been here quite a few times, and every time I come the food I am served is always cold and unappetizing to eat. I have filed
many complaints about the food and the staff messing up my order and nothing has changed, I don’t recommend THIS McDonalds.

Seriously sitting in line now for 15 minutes with not a single car that has moved. Love across the street and in my experience you can drive to a different McDonald’s winchester and margarita or even Madison and back in the time it takes them to complete and order here

The food was decent. But the wifi there sucks bigtime. Don’t go there planning on telecommuting if your job actually requires you to use the internet heavily. It has been less than .5mbps or 1mbps consistently the past few times I’ve been there…

Service was horrible tonight, food was dry, play ground area was disgusting. When i approached the counter i greeted the cashier and what does the girl do!!! Looks straight down at her phone completely ignoring me. Then when i call her out on it she replies «order when your ready». Definitely not returning to this location.

This place has gotten my order wrong every. single. time. There’s always someone in the drive-​thru trying to take your order before you even see the menu. Can you at least give me a second?! Last time I went I asked for extra onions and there was literally one or two pieces. I asked politely if I could have more and they went behind for a second and came back, I look at my burger and nothing had changed! Angry but containing my composure I walk into the restaurant and ask some 20 year old looking kid if I could speak to the manager. Little did I know he WAS the manager! They never have the same people working there for very long and it’s always kids working it. doing orders wrong ALL THE TIME. I used to not mind McDonalds but they made me want to never go again.

WORST DRIVE THRU LAYOUT EVER. Their drive thru line cuts directly through their parking lot. So God forbid you actually want to park there and then leave at any point in time. Food quality, service, and cleanliness are all fine.

We live close by this McDonalds and we come here about 3 times a month. The service and the food is just fine. The drive thru has some issues every once in a while and I’d have to agree with the other Unilocaler about the person with the tablet taking the order. The indoor play structure is key for the summer months here. If I had one complaint it would be the 2 video games they have that don’t even work. Either fix them or get rid of them.

This is one of our favorite McDonalds. The service is great, the food is excellent and there is a wonderful playground area for the kids. Never had a bad experience here. Bathrooms are very clean and staff very friendly. Great for a quick bite and let the kids run out some of their endless supply of energy!

Every time I try to come here they’re only taking cash and their menu hours are as whimsical as their debit services

Ok, it’s McDonalds so the expectations aren’t high but this one kind of turned me off.
Yes, the fries are great, they were hot and perfect like they almost always are. The Big Mac seems to get smaller every time I eat one (Which isn’t often) but maybe my hands are just getting bigger who knows.
The thing that prompted the review today was the drive through. I understand wanting to get your customers through in an expeditious fashion, it IS fast food after all. But don’t have a guy with a tablet taking my order in advance of the menu board where I can’t see the menu. I understand it’s McDonalds and the menu seldom changes but i don’t always know what i want. (Ask anyone I’ve dated) Let me look at the pictures and decide. MAybe I want to add something like a holiday pie (REALLY GOOD but they go fast and they’re gone when they’re gone) or some cookies but if I can’t see the board it’s just not gonna happen. Very off putting if you ask me! I wouldn’t go back based solely on this guy with the tablet. Don’t like it, don’t want it. There’s another Mickey D’s half a mile down the road or that place with the Box who’s name starts with a J.

This McDonalds had very fast service at the drive through. The people that work there are nice and they pretty much always get my special order right.

Everything about this store is contradictory to «Fast Food». And the employes are just as slow. The food was prepared good, but the wait for fries was horrendous.

There’s nothing better than a small 75 cent ice cream vanilla cone on a hot summer day… throw in some fries and you have yourself a good time!
I used to come here a lot at night around 10 PM and order a fresh chicken sandwich, no mayo… hot and freshhhh!
I would absolutely stay away from this place around breakfast and noon time!
