If you are looking for an organiztion where you as parents are treated fairly and your kids are also, then look elsewhere for your kids to play football. I do understand that there are going to be politics anywhere you go when you play on teams like this, but this is ridiculous. There is NO communication back from any of the board members. If you think you are going to join an organization where your child can grow up with a team, that is a lie. They flip kids all around according to who are the best players for their team. This is not an organization about building team work or skills, its about winning. You woud think for the amount that it takes for them to join, that at least the communication would be better.
