Disappointed. Ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery. When it got here it looked like someone had a field day and drop kicked it to the wall. Half the pizza was on the lid of the box. The center table thingy was inside one part of the pizza and the crust wasn’t even fully cooked. Severely disappointed Pacinos.

We love Pacino’s!!! Not too expensive and excellent pizza! We love the Heartado pizza and our delivery drivers have always been super friendly.

Good food. Hot and fresh.

Been here a few times already and have nothing to complain about. Tried the pizza, calzone, lasagna, wings, and pizza doughnut bite things all were good. The employees are great very helpful and always have a warm smile when you walk in. This place has become our go to pizza place :)

Food is ok, there is better pizza in Murrieta. Absolutely rude service on the phone, twice now. Specifically, seems like the customer is annoying them by asking questions or explaining in detail what you want then to be cut off saying «yeah yeah I got it» then to get the food and they «didn’t get it».

Okay, so I’ve never eaten here and I have to say that I am only writing this review based on the experience that we had today when we called to place an order. We were excited to order pizza from here and after looking at their website, my husband placed a call to order. He told the employee on the phone that we wanted to order the special they had on their website, 2 large, 3 topping pizzas for $ 23.99. The guy sounded very confused and said he needed to check with his manager and briefly placed us on hold. He then got back on the phone and said that offer was no longer available. He said «honestly, I can’t remember the last time that website was updated» and that basically none of those offers are available! No apology, no offer to honor the offers currently on their website… Seriously?! Terrible… we politely hung up and ended up ordering somewhere else.

The food is very good but the restrooms are perhaps the filthiest, most disgusting I have EVER seen, and I’ve seen a lot. Even the doors to the restrooms are black and greasy from fingers pushing the door open. I really don’t know how to adequately describe it, it’s sooooo bad. Next time you’re there, go in and see what I mean, if you dare. Sorry Pacino’s but you know I’m right. You’ll be surprised what a little soap and water and paint can do. Enough said!

Pizza… good, customer service… Meh.
I can certainly understand and see why so many reviews negatively mention the customer service, as I was leaving I felt the same regarding it. I didn’t think it was horrible, just non-​existent.
However when I got home, I have to admit their pizza is surprisingly great. I expected larger slices, and initial impression wasn’t good, but this pizza has really good flavor! I liked the flavor of their sauce as well.
I felt their wings were ok, nothing special. I read some of the reviews mention bad pricing, I have to disagree, I feel the pricing was pretty affordable.
It is really good that their pizza is good because their service isn’t, it’s like they cancel each other out.
I would go here again, I just wouldn’t expect the friendliest of staff/​employees.

Best calzones in town! Size does matter, and theirs are huge.

Ordered from pacinos today, the service was great on the phone, happy employee, very kind and courteous. Even though it was a to go order; we decided to stay there and eat.
The pizza was amazing, my kids and I loved it, and my little one even devoured the crust– when she usually hates crust.
The employees behind the counter were prompt and courteous & friendly.
The only negative I have to say, was that I should’ve taken the pizza to go, per my original plan. The place smelled so bad like rotten sewage/​like a drain was backed up or something. Making it difficult to enjoy the food. The benches were also totally beat up and ripped, my kids were fighting over who had to sit in the ripped hole.
They can definitely use some general housekeeping and something to get rid of the stench, otherwise the food & customer service would have been 5 starts for me!

The owner of this place is bad bad bad, He is not honest, doesn’t pay his bills. He has the IRS, State Board of equalization, landlord and me (the one who helped him get into this business breathing down his neck .He owes me 50k and since day one has never made an on time payment. Bad deal, bad man, bad business. I would advise all not to patronage this man as he is pocketing all the money and never paying his bills. Plus this place is a pig pen. Exposed lamp wire hanging over the counter.

I enjoyed their pizza ring, their mozzarella sticks and their pizza is the best close by to me that delivers. For me, it beats the chain pizza joints and they have good coupon specials.
Delivery is usually pretty good about timing.
Big menu, even pasta is offered. Lots of different types of specialty pizzas.
Decent prices too.

Ordered twice from here and both times the pizza was like cardboard and the zuchini was nasty. I wanted this place to be good, but it was overpriced junk. Go to papa murphys you’ll be happy you did.

Let’s start by stating the good. The pizza was actually good. I was very skeptical per reviews. However the pizza was crispy on the bottom and yummy. We ordered a pizza wing deal. The wings were a waste of money. Over cooked and hard. I think they had been recooked. It’s not clean. The highchairs are dirty and broken. the cheese and peppers are all greasy and nasty or empty. There is way too many employees on staff and it’s almost awkward as they’re all staring at you while you eat cause they haven’t realized they could be cleaning the dirty place. How it has an «A» is shocking to me.
It’s a shame, because the pizza is not half bad.

By far the worst pizza in Murrieta. Why do I keep hoping it would be better than the last time. Dough not fully cooked toppings slide of the pizza like a landslide. Still looking for the best pizza in Murrieta don’t look here.

I heard this place is great from a few friends, so I was excited to try them. But based on our first (and last) experience recently, we are never ordering from them again.
We were having a few people over so we ordered 3 medium pizzas and some wings for delivery. After seeing the total, I realized we were VERY THOROUGHLY RIPPED OFF. The pizzas were each so tiny, they looked like personal pizzas. We had a hard time feeding everyone and it was embarrassing. Plus the pizza was so bland… no flavor. I was expecting to be blown away for the price we paid for these tiny pizzas. The only good thing was the wings, the sauce on them was great. However I only ate 1 to account for not having enough food.
With an $ 8 delivery tip, we paid $ 60 for this tiny amount of food. And we could hardly feed 6 adults (myself and husband included) with this… how is this right?!
The delivery guy didn’t even provide us a receipt so I can’t even see why we were charged so much or how it was broken down.
No thanks, next time we’ll order from somewhere else.

Pacinos is one of the few places in Murrieta that does good classic tasting pizza. Sadly though this place lacks in customer service. Expect to enter with no smile or hellos, and only a serious looking guy who probably just left the mafia.
Although the place is good, I suggest you know your order (check the picture of the menu I posted) and come in ready. Nobody here seems like they want to help, it’s more like you’re bothering them.
Lastly. The pizza itself was great. I suggest you fold the slice and hold it upright because all the toppings will slip right off.
