My boyfriend and i come here every now and then, The food is pretty good and the service is great. They are always super friendly and our cups of water never go half empty. We come here about once a month maybe, and the waiter memorized what my boyfriend orders, It’s nice cuz our order goes right in the minute she sees us. I highly recommend this place.

What. The. World!!! I literally didn’t even eat here due to such terrible customer service. I read reviews about the bad service and im pretty easy going so i thought maybe it was situational but it was true. I called to ask for the price of one item that i was planning to pick up and the woman quickly and rudely responded that i needed to come in to find out the price and hung up on me. Im sorry id rather drive to my regular spot in Temecula than eat here.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. The restaurant is dirty, the service is horrible, & the food is disgusting. Their meat is grey. I’m not joking. The owner even told me herself that she lets the soups sit out so that they’re ready by the time people order them. I don’t know about you but I thought that was disgusting & unsanitary. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.

I come here once in a while with my family. The owners recognize us and know our usual that we order. Loveee their bbq chicken and rice and chicken phở. My son and I usually share it together. Overall I have no complaints. Nice family owned business and delicious food.

Horrible customer service!!! literally I think some family owner restaurants thinks they can treat customers bad like our money don’t have value!!! I wouldn’t waste your money going to this restaurant!!! Horrible customer service from the owner and servants and the restaurant is super dirty!!! we are in the United States of America you should label your menu in English first of all and with big letters not the language you have it on!!! treat customers with respect!!!, you need customers«us» because that is how you pay your bills!!! The owner of the restaurant is disrespectful and have Horrendous customer service!!!

Food is good, bad customer service. Don’t they get this… Customer is #1? You don’t give PLASTIC bowl to the customers if they want to share their foods and claim for billing purposes«didn’t want to total the wrong stuff» I mean that’s what taking order is for, right. I could go on and on but… you get the idea.

Today I decided to venture in. The restaurant was not busy, two women sat and read. I knew the spiel and picked a menu and ordered the bun. This included shrimp, chicken and beef. The egg rolls in the dish were excellent crunchy and you could feel the family owned vibe. The woman was kind and grabbed me a water, after about fifteen minutes my food was done. The wait was worth it and I will be returning again.

Don’t let people’s negativity draw you away from this marvelous restaurant. Adorable family owned business with the kindest hearts & not to mention the food is DELICIOUS! This is authentic Phở in my opinion. I’ve been to multiple places out here and this one has become my favorite. The broth alone is super flavorful & fresh. My stomach thanks me every time I come in

This is my favorite place to come for phở! The egg rolls are yummy too! My husband always gets the chicken fried rice, and I get the phở tai, the owner knows us and what we order! I recommend this place to everyone who wants great tasting phở, and reasonable prices. Love love love this place! When my family comes into town we come here for phở! The owners are nice, and friendly and make u feel like family!

I was shocked at how many poor reviews this place had, having come here for Phở for years now. But then I saw that the people who left them are all white girl wanna-be food experts who think they understand Vietnamese cuisine(the same people who probably think Panda Express serves authentic Chinese food). Let me be frank. Unless you’re eating in some fusion place with«Asian» food, you’re not going to get 5-star service. Or a nice eating environment. This place has great phở, bun, and everything else. And the service is just fine, it’s ran by a family. I went to school with one of the servers that some people on Unilocal apparently like to make fun of(really??). They’re nice people. And English isn’t their first language. You can’t expect them to chat you up. My dad(Vietnamese) talks with the owners all the time. Sure, the décor is lacking and its a little hectic. But anybody that actually had experience eating in real, authentic, Vietnamese places know that this is typical. Springs rolls are on the iffy side, but they’re cheap.

Didn’t get to try the food. We’re sat down them yelled to across the restaurant from a lady rolling silverware to hurry up and order because they’re closing now. extremely rude. We wanted to give this place a shot especially after all the bad reviews about customer service. Guess those were right. Never coming back again.

I have been to many Phở places and this one by far is the worst I have ever been to. The moment we walked in I felt a negative vibe. There was only one server, he was very rude and awkward. When he asked to take our drink order, I asked for 2 waters. Then, I immediately asked for a coke since I forgot to ask him the first time. He just stood around the restaurant, and he kept coming back to our table to take order. We weren’t ready and I still didn’t get my coke. Finally, we were ready to order. I asked for an extra bowl since my friend and I were sharing the Phở. Food comes out. No bean sprouts, no jala, no limes. After 2 minutes of having our food on the table, he finally brings it. The sprouts were welted and the jala were frozen. And still no bowl. I called him over to bring me the bowl, he said okay I’ll bring it. Still no bowl. Then, someone came out of the kitchen, he glanced over and asked if I had some questions. I then asked him for the bowl. The server heard me ask and that’s when he got up his ass brought the bowl. Really? I shouldn’t have to ask 3 times for a bowl. anyway, the broth was not the greatest, it had no flavor at all. Bland. We also ordered the beef cubes. Eww, super dry and has no flavor. Again, very bland. I then asked the server to take off the beef cubes because we didn’t enjoy it. We had 2 pieces and it was just disgusting. The meat was tough, dry and again, bland! I made a complaint to the owner I believe. And instead of understanding why we didn’t like the beef, he straight up yelled at me. Wtf! Just take it back, don’t question me and top it off, dont yell at me because I didn’t like your beef. At least I was honest about it. I mean, use that to improve the taste. I lost my appetite quickly after that. I asked for the check and the server, with attitude says«its in the front!» Seriously dude. get real! Truth be told. I am not returning! Also, they need to clean their restaurant. The walls are disgusting, the floors haven’t been swept, their attitude also need some adjusting.

After reading this place’s Unilocal reviews I was very hesitant but I thought I would at least try their Phở take-out. After placing my order over the phone, previous reviews were right about their rude customer service. When I arrived, the owner(wife) was just as rude in person. The restaurant environment was homely and looked unclean, I was thankful I ordered to-go. I would never dine-in there. However, I ordered the Chicken Phở and it was good. Out of pure convenience I may order take-out Phở in the future, but only as a second choice to Noodle Land on Madison and Hot Springs(they were too busy to answer their phones today I guess). I’ll give three stars due to food quality and convenience only. Customer service needs work.

We walked out after eating the eggrolls. There was only one person on the floor and he was taking orders, serving food and was the cashier. We ordered Phở and they brought out welted bean sprouts and no jalapeños. I wanted to give them the benefit since he was the only person on a Saturday night but after a half hour I had enough. I asked if he was the only one working and how much longer and if we could get more water. I felt bad because he looked so confused and when he finally came back to our table he said that the table ahead of us will be getting there food in 15 minutes and we would be next. I told him how long we were waiting. I told him where are the other servers on a Saturday night. We have been to Phở Doa a couple of times but after today we will never come back. We went to Noodle Land where I will be giving a 5 star review. They are twice as busy, fully staffed and the environment is great. If they want better reviews they need to be staffed and work on their customer service. Being a family business your restaurant is a reflection of you. Have pride in it. Phở is popular now and you guys could be a top restaurant if you changed some things.

I agree with the many posts about rude service. These people have bad attitudes and they are clearly in the wrong business. To top it off, I suspect the phở is loaded with MSG, because of(2) signs: the soup was way too clear to be a real beef broth base and I was coughing all the way back home. Spend your hard earned money eleswhere that is more deserving of your patronage.
