If you’re looking for customer service, try another place. I only had 20 bucks in my pocket before payday. So I bought pizza. Comes out to 19.98 or something like that. Perfect. Delivery guy comes in about 15 minutes later than told, no big deal. I had no money to tip him. So after I signed the receipt, he looked at it, turned around and walked away, crumpling up the receipt on his way. I’m sorry I don’t have all the money in the world to tip you, but I’m not obligated to. I have a rough job too but I NEVER take it out on the customer. Never in my life have I ever had a delivery driver be so rude to me.

Pizza is top dollar every time always ready on time and the nicest staff! Feeding family of five and everyone always wants Pizza Hut! Wife and I met when I worked at Pizza Hut 28 years ago Anaheim hills Married 21 this Valentine’s Day we will always go back!

I’m new to the area so looking for a good pizza place like in San Diego I knew would take some work but thought Pizza Hut seemed safe considering all the commercials. Went online to place my order and it wouldn’t work so I called and was connected to a call center. She told me it was a 70 minute wait for delivery so I said I would pick it up. This Pizza Hut would not honor the deals on any commercials on TV as well as its own web page. I was so disappointed and will never go to this Pizza Hut again!!!

Worst experience ever. First of, the women working was very rude from the beginning. I’m assuming she became more irritated because my kids had free personal pizza awards. Then I asked about their $ 5 deal when you buy more than 1 item. She swore they were $ 7 each. Not according to the website. So I still ordered wings. They were barely sauced and so crunchy they hurt. But I draw the line at bloody. 2 wings when cut open were literally dripping blood starting at the surface. Not ok.

Pizza was over cooked and one of our two the crust was thin and floppy (ordered hand tossed). Just not the taste I remember from Pizza Hut pizza! We don’t have Pizza Hut near home so on the way home from being out we agreed we would stop at this Pizza Hut since we never get to go there! Mistake… honestly could had Little Caesars cheaper!

The online ordering kept crashing so I tried to call to place my order and the phone just rings for a few minutes before a fax noise picks up. Finally was able to order online and the time estimate I got was 1 ½ hours. Wish I could call and cancel my order so I could just go somewhere else, but obviously the phone doesn’t work.

I would give it zero stars if I could. After being on hold for about ten minutes, I was able to finally place an order and ordered the big meal box — it took an hour to get to our apt when they are right down the street. Literally could get there in a minute. When we got the pizza, it was coldish warm. Seemed like it had been left out for a good amount of time. We ordered two pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. The pepperoni had literally zero sauce. And the breadsticks were hard as rock. Won’t be getting pizza here again. Don’t waste your time or money.

First off… the pizza is good when they get it right… the service is slow and you can see everyone in the back making the pizza… so you can see the lack of speed… I just wonder… how hard is it really to get a order correct??? and don’t give a time if it isn’t going to be ready… probably not ordering here again.

Usually pretty good but tonight my personal pan pizza tasted like it was made with SADNESS & TEARS. You would think they could make something that is so small correctly… but I guess not. It was so gross. & my sad waffle fries were all the sad bottom of the barrel burnt fries.

Ordered the cheesy bite special– large one topping pizza. Paid $ 13 with tax. Paper-​thin, burnt, barely any cheese. Why did I waste my money? because the kids were starving and now they’re STILL hungry maybe its cause its the thinnest pizza I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. You’d be better off putting cheese on a dollar bill and eating that.

The online app says this was the closest Pizza Hut by my location, which was incorrect!
Ordered their 6.99 medium special, with their new garlic herb crust and it was bad! The pizza dough was still very chewy, could’ve benefited from staying an extra 5 mins in the oven! The crust flavor they put on the crust just makes the pizza soggy! This is definitely the last time I will be ordering from Pizza Hut ever. Worst pizza I’ve ever had, sorry not sorry!

I got some amazing pizza today but not only that I also got incredible customer service from one of the cashiers named Joseph. He was very sweet and patient. He’s amazing, it’s people like him that make people come back to this place.

Never gonna order here again! They said 20 minutes! I get here and wait another 20 minutes before anyone greets me until I finally have to get up and ask and they said they didn’t even write my order down so I had to wait another 20 minutes and then they were super rude on top of that! Don’t come here

Worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a medium pizza n small order of wings. They told is the wait was about 55 minutes for delivery. It did get here in an hour but the pizza was so cold n hard like it was a day old. It tasted terrible. The wings were not well done like I had ask. I just will never order from here again.

I was going to write a long review about how bad this place is, but really, it’s unnecessary. Avoid buying your pizza here, that’s all. It’s not worth the horrible customer service, the weird smell in the place constantly, employees that will look right at you then walk away… there’s just nothing at all to recommend this place. Avoid.

If I could I would give it a zero star. My order was cold as ice almost hard as a rock and no sauce. Forgot the ranch. Spoke to the head manager JOSE horrible personality horrible professionalism said they will redo the order and have it sent out right away it’s been 1 hour and a half still hasn’t gotten here is why I’m giving this place a bad worst rating possible. it’s upsetting for a professional environment like them say whatever to the customer to make them happy and not deliver on time. I got family over they been starved still waiting for the pizza to be delivered. Horrible place never again gonna order here ever again…
