If it is broke call Stan he will fix it. We used him a few times on other things. Fast service.

Had them come out to fix an air conditioner. I believe his name was Stan. The fan stopped spinning. He found the problem fast which was a capacitor. Then he wanted to check the refrigerant. It took 26 minutes to repair the AC. The capacitor online costs anywhere from 30 – 45 dollars. At first he said it was $ 180 for the capacitor plus labor. Then he took the labor off and charged $ 180 for everything. Then he didn’t even check the refrigerant when he figured out we could read a gauge and weren’t going to shell out money for nothing. All in all it was $ 180 for a $ 40 part and plugging a couple wires into a new capacitor and bolting it back on which took 26 minutes. Might want to beware and watch him when he’s working.

Stan has always been reliable, honest and fair with all of my customers… I need someone that we can trust for owners & tenants, Powells has provided that service for us for years. I’ve used him in my home and family members have as well.
