StaxUP Storage – Murrieta

This is my first time using a storage service and Chris and Rick were very helpful.
They were both patient explaining the process and rules and regulations. Their facility is well run, clean, and easy to use. Chris and Rick both gave outstanding customer service and were patient and very helpful.
A bonus is that this facility lets you use a big truck to help move your items in for no charge (based upon availability). This saves you anywhere from $ 35 to $ 65 on a truck rental and made the whole process much easier.
You will also like that the units are level to the ground making it very easy to move your items from the truck to the storage unit.
Chris and Rick go out of their way to help you. I had trouble moving and did not allocate enough time for the move before closing hours. Rick allowed me to finish moving as long as I locked up the truck. This was a tremendous favor and help and much appreciated. I was very tired at the end of the day and running out of steam and I don’t know what I would have done if Rick hadnt made the accomodation for me.

Super-​friendly and ultra-​efficient service. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them for the last two years.
I suggest paying for your unit in either 6 or 12-​month blocks. You end up saving a huge chunk of money by doing so. They also provide a moving truck if you rent out the largest unit.
The office is open from 8a — 5p while the gates stay open til 7p. They also have climate controlled units for those extra special items.
