Disregard everything that disa l. Has stated, uploading progress pictures trying to pass them off as the completed product, it’s embarrassing what lengths people will go to in order to get money from respectable companies because they are just deadbeats. And to have the audacity to pull the vet card in order to get sympathy is just disgusting, you should be ashamed. I have had my entire house done by Dave and I can’t say a negative word about his work, don’t listen to the money grabbing deadbeats if that is turning you off from making a purchase, you will not be disappointed.

Dave gave us wonderful customer service. He was kind and patient while I was making my decisions for what I wanted to do with our flooring. Prices were good and he followed through with everything he had said he would do. We are totally pleased with our experience and results! We definitely will recommend!

We went to the store and liked their products and the prices were good. Unfortunately the owner Dave, kept on screwing up when it came to instalation of the wood floors. First, he mesured and did it wrong, when the guy that did the labor showed up at our house, he had instructions to do an entryway, not a hallway plus baseboards. We ask for padding for the floors, and halfway through the installation we noticed that they didn’t installed the padding. We were short on the wood, because he measured wrong, and we had to wait a few days to get the missing wood in order to finish the job. Then, Dave took it upon himself to choose the baseboards! I was so upset, and I told him that absolutely no, I needed to pick it myself, which he sounded like he didn’t want to take the time to show me samples. When the installer was there, we realized that Dave never delivered the glue, so another day of waiting. After the installation was done, we found that a piece of the wood came off, called Dave to have it repaired and he promised to send someone to fix it the same day, nobody showed up until 3 weeks later, and Dave just left us hanging dry while he was on his luxurious vacation. Needless to say, great prices, extremely poor customer service from the owner himself. Never again.

Had two carpet installations about two months apart. Super Floor gave us very good prices on top of the line carpet. Worked with us to make sure we had the exact carpet we were looking for. Came out and personally delivered the carpet when the installer showed up. Made sure we were happy with how the carpet laid on the floor and where the seams were.
The installer worked very hard to get it perfect laying the carpet on concrete floor. Would recommend Super Floor owner and installer to anyone wanting carpet. Very pleased.

The owners Viele and Dave are very comfortable to talk to and will even guide you if you are planning to do the work on your floor. Huge selection of floors to choose from some you will never see in other store and their prices are not expensive I know since it took me 2 months comparing all other floor stores.
