Every experience I’ve had at this supercuts has been great! Victoria did a great job on my hair today and was so sweet! Tyler cut my hair last time and he did a great job also!

I should have checked Unilocal prior to waiting nearly an hour for my son’s haircut. The unmotivated, frumpy, blond females were more interested in taking personal phone calls (10 minutes) and talking about their family problems and punk rock concerts than cutting hair. I was lucky enough to witness the two pathetic «professionals» argue about who was taking their lunch breaks and make disparaging remarks about their incoming Asian male coworker prior to his arrival. By this time, my son was nearly done with his haircut otherwise we would gave left. Here is a little advice girls, refrain from counting your tips and discussing results in front of patrons. VERY TACKY. I really hope the franchise owner reads this. I will never, nor allow my family, to visit this establishment in the future. What happened to customer service and professionalism? Sheesh!

It might be because I’m used to good old fashion men’s barber shops were men cut men’s hair like a man and not with baby princess scissors but waiting for 30 min for a simple boys cut is ridiculous. The only reason I came here was it was the only one open near me the night before picture day at school. My fault for waiting till the last min but them taking 30 was worse.

Not good! When another salon asks where I got my last haircut, because it was a horrible job, I said SuperCuts and they said DON’T ever let them do this to your hair again.
They explained to me that SuperCuts hires any new graduate with little experience, so you can’t expect great haircuts.

Lakyn cut my hair today. She asked how I wanted it cut and delivered a perfect cut. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I spent 3 times the amount at another salon and received a poor cut. I will return.

Honestly I don’t get my haircut very often but when I do I would expect that the haircut price would stay the same. I’ve been to this place once before but didn’t really want to mention it. The last time I came in the price was $ 14 for a general haircut, a fade, I wasn’t so thrilled but decided to give them another chance. So I walk in it says there’s no weight but there is a wait I joked about it slightly and left it alone. Then I get a fade simple haircut right? Well it’s not so simple here I can clearly see the lines in my head I didn’t want to really argue it but figured hey for $ 14 it’s not that big a deal. To my surprise the price is now 17 dollars it’s as if whoever cuts your hair decides the price. Well Supercuts that’s the last time you’ll ever earn my business. Don’t go here if you want a mediocre haircut that’s overpriced.

Went in to get my hair trimmed. Misty and the male co worker were in the back office watching videos online when I arrived. I explained I wanted a light trim (my hair was just above my bum). She held up approximately two inches and said «you aren’t going to like this but I suggest this much». Two inches was fine, so she began to cut. It wasn’t until I left and attempted to run my fingers through my non existent hair! She had cut between 6 – 10 inches off my hair, and attempted to give me «layers». She basically cut huge holes, and absolutely nothing about it was symmetrical. I sobbed the whole way home. My husband ended up going back and demanding my money back. I had to get a real professional to cut my hair, which is now a little longer than shoulder length. I am absolutely horrified by my experience and would not suggest anyone wanting an actual cut to be seen by Misty. You will be sorry! I know I am!

I went here the Sunday after Christmas because they were pretty much the only ones open. On the phone she wasn’t too bad, but once we went in, the attitude was noticeable. I had Misti as my dresser and my daughter had the guy that was working. After talking to her while she cut my hair her demeanor got better and my daughter seemed to really like the guy… wish i caught his name. I had asked for shorter and cute and super easy to style. At the moment it was okay, but now that it is growing back, not so much. Most stylists I have been to tend to think about what it will look like when growing back and i don’t believe she did. I feel like she just wanted to get through the day. My daughter’s hair is still cute and easy to manage though. If it was just a review on Misti, then it would have been less stars and if the guy, more. Either way, next time I probable won’t wait til a Sunday when I go to Mom’s to get my hair cut.

I absolutely love this place I try out different places a the time but I always seem to come back, my hair usually gets all messed up because of different salons, but here I always get great service andy hair comes out fab. I especially love the stylist Tyler he’s never in a rush and really takes his time, he’s amazing. But all the employees there are fabulous. And they’re very welcoming. Great job guys you’re doing an awesome job. Would highly recommend

Outstanding service!!! Staff is very professional and friendly. I have been to other hairsalons in Murrieta and payed top dollar for very poor service and haircuts. This place is amazing. You will get more than what you asked for. Their suggestions have always been on point. The team is great but my personal favorites are Noreen and Sarah. They have nailed my style and as Noreen would say I am now «wearing a style, the style is not wearing me.» Amazing cuts fir amazing deals. Highly recommend if you are looking for hairstylists that know what they’re doing.

Made an appt with Noreen over a month ago now because of the reviews on here saying how incredible she was. It had been a long time since I went to a Supercuts, which in looking back I’m not sure why because I always had a great experience. I called on a Saturday morning and Noreen got me right in. Within one hour I was in her chair. She has one of the best personalities I have ever met!! She if fun, outgoing, funny, professional and takes her time and doesn’t rush. The best part of the experience was getting my hair shampooed! It is also evident that she knows what she is doing and loves her job.
Seriously give this place a try. You will not be sorry and you will become a loyal customer. Guaranteed!

Made an appointment with Noreen about a month ago. I normally would not go to a ‘Supercuts’ to get my hair done, however, I have a neighbor that has a perfect great style everytime I see her. I asked who cuts her hair, she told me all about Noreen. I was still a tiny bit nervous, but decided to try Noreen out. So glad I did! Noreen really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a cut and color that was perfect for me!
Noreen is very personable and professional. She genuinely wants every customer to be happy with his/​her hair styles. She has a passion for what she does and it shines through!
I’m looking forward to going back and I tell everyone about Noreen. Supercuts is very lucky to have such a top notch stylist!

I needed to have my hair trimmed about an inch — simple enough so I had a wash and a trim. When I got home I discovered that the stylist had cut out a huge notch in the back. I returned to get it fixed. They had to cut off an additional inch which did not make me happy. But what really disappointed me was that they charged me for a rewash even though the stylist had screwed up my cut. I think they should had done the entire service at no charge. They should have been more professional than to charge me for the second wash. I didn’t raise a stink because stylists (especially these) are known to screw up on purpose if you make them mad or complain.

I’ve been to this one a couple of times and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get started. I don’t usually go on weekend so that might be part of it. Still they are fast. I don’t have a specific person I use, just whoever is free. never had a problem with any of them
