First off, the young man behind the counter who helped us was very nice. The store is clean and they have a wonderful variety of delectable in the cases. They also have a points system when you enter your phone number to get a treat when you get a certain amount of points. I ordered a Lemon Bar and Buckeye Brownie, both of which were huge and tasty, especially the Lemon Bar. I ordered 2 small Cannollis, which had a nice taste of cinnamon to them. I will definitely be back as there were other treats I wanted try and the prices are very reasonable.

It all started when I installed a EV charging station for Lisa’s BMW i3. A few weeks later she asked me to stop by her bakery to look at some electrical. When I was done, she sent me home with a goodie box. It had to weighed 10 pounds. On my way home I decided to try one of the pastries. It was the best pasty I’ve had in a long time, I thought of eating the whole box on the way home, but I new my wife would love to sample some to. We’ve yet to sample all her fine pastries, but we plan on it. Lisa is the best.

To the gentleman who was trying to close the shop Saturday evening, June 11^th, but instead unlocked the door and let me in, then sold me every macaroon in the case for the amazing price of two dozen, THANK YOU! Three Moms had been planning a grad party for three beautiful girls and were left unexpectedly short on cookies… until you saved us. I apologize for the relentless banging on the door. Customer for life!

We were fortunate enough to be able to try both the chocolate chip cookie and the raspberry pillow cookie at a Murrieta Public library event. They were both delicious and were very appreciated!

Napoleon was gigantic and had the right texture but it was too sweet on top and also salty! It had a bunch of salt on the filo or something. Crème brulle was nice but not as smooth looking and creamy as I prefer it but had a great crispy burnt sugar top. Very friendly helpful staff.

This bakery is amazing! The lemon bar and cream brûlée are my favorites. On top of the delicious desserts the owner Lisa is so nice and personable she will ensure your pastries are better than you would ever expect.

Just ordered a bunch of different goodies for an event — everything is beautiful and DELICIOUS — I have a small pie hidden from the family — lol. I can’t wait until no one is home. I will definitely use this wonderful bakery for all my events and to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I have been to this bakery 3 times in the past 2 weeks, sampling different pastries and was not disappointed. From the chocolate eclairs stuffed with a filling that reminds me of «Byrds» custard to the tantalizingly tart lemon bars, to the cannolis in 2 sizes that you won’t leave in the car.(Godfather ref.)
Everything was fresh, delicious and excellent. I am extremely happy to find two excellent establishments

I asked for a lot of custom things in the cake I ordered for my Sexy After Cancer event. I brought in a drawing, and wanted rose & blueberry flavored filling (so it would by pink & purple) the cake was beautiful and so light & delicious!

I ordered a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and ganache drizzle for my husbands birthday. Boy was I pleasantly surprised how moist and amazingly good it was! Great flavor, perfect amount of frosting to cake. We also bought their French macaroons, peach cobbler, coconut cream pie and banana cream pie. Everything was so good! I highly recommend this bakery! The owner is so nice and the staff was great! They were so helpful ordering my cake. I will definitely be back for more goodies! Everything looks and tastes amazing in the case. Try them, you’ll love them too!

Delicious homemade pastries.
I stopped by real quick by accident on my way somewhere else and I’m so glad I did! I tried the fruit tart which had an extra special selection of fruit besides your typical basics. Crust was perfect but I need to come back with the kiddos to try more of their items.
*Fresh ground coffee would make this place perfect … But the pastries can stand on their own and make this a repeat place to enjoy!

⁵⁄₇ I just want to say that batter up bakery is one of my favorite places, period. They created a beautiful cake and helped my boyfriend propose to me. I will always be a customer for this bakery.
I just went here for the first time and I have to say I am more than happy with their sweets. Their macarons are delicious and I can’t wait to try their other sweets.

I purchased a lemon bar a small cannoli and a crème brûlée cheesecake. The cheesecake was by far my favorite! The lemon bar was pretty good but it was kind of hard. The cannoli was okay, I’ve had much better. I will definitely go back and try there other cheesecakes as well as all there other desserts.

They made a cake and cupcakes for my son’s 3^rd birthday. I found a design on Pinterest which was a dinosaur cake and asked for something similar. They did an amazing job! I was very impressed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My son loved his Dino cake and minion cupcakes. It tasted delicious. Great job. We will be return customers. Xoxo

Love this place!!! They have the best desserts! Highly recommend! My favorite is their French macaroons so delicious!

For my birthday (²⁄₂₇) I got tres leche cake. Now traditionally tres leche cake is soggy and basically soup. This cake was not like that and to be honest I liked it. It was moist and delicious. My mom who hates tres leche even tried it because it wasnt too soggy. Now there were parts in the cake were it was really soggy (towards the back) which I didn’t mind.
The owner was very friendly and answered all questions I had and believe me I had a lot. It was my first time ordering cake. She was very patient and nice. Her staff was very nice as well.
When it came to pricing it was very reasonable. One lady wanted to change me 25 to put a photo of Han solo. I don’t remember how much she wanted to charge me but it was definitely too much for a college kid. Stephanie only charged me 10 and to put strawberries inside the cake was 5. I paid less than a 100 to feed 20 people. I will definitely come back.

Had to get cheesecake for a birthday last minute. Came here and bought four mini cheesecakes. Fruit, Crème brûlée, and brownie. They were all amazing and at a great price. Super helpful and friendly staff. Will be back soon

Love the play on words for this small business. It neighbors some of the classic Murrieta staples in this little Old Town plaza, but has the potential to become a local loyalty ground.
The baked goods are nice here. Some have traditional tastes, some have creative flair, some are the best of its kind.
Things are flying off the shelves now, but they’re never foul balls. In fact, whatever’s left will still be good.
Swing and a hit! Batter Up Bakery’s pitches from its MVPs will most likely score you a home run on your favorite baked goods.

Thank you so much for helping our daughter’s wedding day be so special! The cake was beautiful and so delicious! So many people absolutely raved about the cake. It was tastey, moist and fluffy. Honestly THE BEST wedding cake we have EVER had. We loved it! Also, thank you for being so nice to our daughter. It meant a lot. We will be seeing you for our future cake needs for sure!
Oh, and I am so hooked on your cinnamon rolls and cheesecake bites! Everything I have bought there has been so delicious! I am impressed.

My husband noticed this place was coming soon a while ago during a visit to Calhouns. I was excited when I saw that it was now open on Unilocal.
I put my sweet tooth to good use here yesterday. I used the check-​in offer and got a peanut butter cookie. It was very nutty and a little harder than I like but still good. While we waited for our other items we ordered, one of the bakers offered to prepare a slice of tres leche cake for me because I inquired about when they will have some. That was very sweet. Both ladies working at the shop were very nice. We even got a lemon cupcake as we were leaving on the house.
The lemon cupcake was probably the most lemony cupcake I ever had. It was packed with lemon zest. It was also very moist. I did not love the frosting, but I am very picky about frosting. I also tried a lemon bar. It was doughy, chewy, buttery, powdery, and exactly what a lemon bar should be. Great size too. All the prices are very reasonable here.
Last but not lease, the tres leche cake. It was one of the best Ive had in the area. It was moist, with a good amount of milk sauce to sop up with the sponge cake, and it had hints of cinnamon and nutmeg I belive that complimented it nicely. The only thing I would ask is less whip cream and no nuts on top.
