TruForce came into our neighborhood and offered a great deal and the first service I received took care of all of our ant and spider problems. However, since then I have received 2 billings via my email for service done in July and now in December. I gave the benefit of the doubt that they serviced the house in July and I was not home, and paid the billing. I refuse to pay the December one since I was home the full day of the 26th and no one came to my door saying they were here to service nor did they leave anything at my residence stating who came out and serviced the property.(Maybe they thought I was out shopping with all the others for huge sales and could pull one over on me) My point is if I am going to pay for something I want to schedule my own appointment and know that I will be home to address any further spraying needs I may have and also want my front, back and garage sprayed. When I paid my July bill I even verified with the person I spoke with that no more service would be done unless I scheduled it and he confirmed that none would be. I am writing this prior to calling them today to voice my comments to them over the phone. I just want everyone to be aware of the type of practice and service they provided me personally and you should all be checking your emails for correspondence from them in case you run into the same type of poor service. Integrity is still a valuable thing to practice and TruForce did not with me.

i would like to take a moment to congratulate kevin at tru force! this company, as well as kevin has really achieved excellent service far and beyond my expectations. the price is right and the service is well worth it! trust me… if you have any type of insects or rodant problems, your troubles are over! i have with this company for not even a year and i’m loving my bug free home. jonquil m.

Didn’t show up. Phone number listed is for Gilbert, AZ. Man on the phone was very nice, took down my credit card info., scheduled an appointment to spray, but no one came. Update: They called a week later, apologized, and offered to wave some fees. However, we had already entered into a contract with another company.
