Arizona Tile

I came to Arizona tile after I spent almost every day at Home Depot for a few weeks because I couldn’t seem to get that exact look I was looking for. I was nervous the cost at Arizona tile would be significantly more but once I got there the costs were very reasonable. In addition they have superior service that goes above and beyond. Every time I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked how they could be of assistance.
Shelly in particular was absolutely amazing. She took the ideas my husband and I wanted and turned them into reality. She would put samples together or take her time showing me different ideas as I told her I was more a visual person. Every time I went back she always greeted me, remembered me and what I was looking at before and made looking for tiles to do a complete remodel to our home a breeze.
I would highly recommend Arizona tile and Shelly to anyone looking to do either a simple job or a full remodel.

Ok Another lack luster customer service experience at Arizona tile. This time I go in there with a client and my client complained to me what’s wrong with that place. It feels like when you go in there like you’re bothering them. Ask for a price and it’s difficult as if they’re not interested, do I need to go in there with money falling out of my pocket. I’m coming to drop money you know like $ 2K plus so try and seem interested. I think this is the last time I go into your store in Murrieta you guys just suck !!
Please approach your customers with a smile offer to help and KNOW YOUR PRODUCT, all I ever get is that it seems like we’re bothering you !!
Just very sad we have to go someplace else and to act like this in front of my client was very disappointing !!

The Saturday crew were a bunch of a-​holes. When I walked in and asked for will call I was told «not here look at the sign» so I looked at the sign and it said order desk. A-​hole #2 was at the order desk where he sat in the office while I stood there for a bit to barely get helped with a side of attitude. Then it was off to a-​hole #3 where there was no talking just confusion as to why he wouldn’t put the pallet full of tile directly in the bed of my open truck with the fork lift he was driving I have no idea.

I was referred here by a friend. I walked in and wanted to look at granite slabs for my kitchen and get some prices.
They told me that they cannot give me prices as it’s only for contractors but I can look at the granite and when I’m done picking out my granite they will give me granite fabrication and installer referrals.
Once I picked out my top 3 granites I walked back into the showroom. Yvette was at the counter. I asked her for contractor names and she replied that they don’t favor any contractor and they will not do me a favor by giving me names. Huh? What favor?
So I told her the other lady said pick out your granite and we will give you names. Then she said again we cannot do favors the computer will randomly give out a few contractors names. Ok! I don’t undismayed what favor she’s talking about it but not a very friendly place at all.
They do have any slabs to choose from but if you’re looking for help or prices you are at the wrong place.

They have the best Granite slab yard in Town and their tile selection is pretty decent also. In most cases they can get the tile you want from their warehouse the next day which is a big plus when you need material quick or come up short. Recently, I purchased several slabs of granite and enough tile (plus medallions/​liner) and the service I got was top notch!

A bit on the expensive side. Great showroom and helpful employees.

I’m a little surprised at the previous negative review, as the showroom employees were always helpful, knowledgeable, and available to me. They never pushed products or opinions, and gave me the help I needed without fail. I ended up making more than a dozen trips over deciding on my materials. Christina and Michael were always patient and make time for me even when they were busy. They were wonderful and creative in assisting me in design ideas.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone. It’s true that they are a little pricey, but everything is available in one spot, with beautiful options and creative help. Everyone who goes through a remodel knows how stressful it is. How refreshing it was to be able to go to the same location where the people know exactly what you’re doing and looking for instead of having to explain over and over again to a new person what you need. It was worth the extra money to me to save all that time and frustration.
