cool pet store on park ave. they have a vast variety of pets and supplies. ok, now the not so good: the staff is horrible. they don’t smile or even act like they want customers. the store is very dirty on the inside and needs updated. the prices are very high compared to aquatic environments in davenport. I won’t waste my $$$ at Tony’s

Who’s the boss? Tony’s the boss. Well, no, but his pet store is cool. There’s million kinds of food, chew toys, leashes, carriers, pet apparel, aquarium supplies. The staff is helpful. Pet friendly, so if its carried or leashed bring it in for your shopping excursion. They do NOT sell felines or canines and encourage adoption w adds and pics in the foyer. Awesome. There’s so many wonderful animals out there waiting for a home. BUT(and this always will bother me) they sell RABBITS. Rabbits are abandoned frequently and there are many bunnies at shelters so that irks me. ADOPTDON’T buy if possible, of course. Their strong suit is fish and maybe birds. However… As I mentioned, the variety of food and supplies for all pets is stupendous. The prices are a scontch high, but its worth it to support a local long run family business. And they do offer a lot of treats in singles so you can have your pup or kitty sample it before you invest in a $ 12 bag of special snacks. That’s a great idea since some pets can be picky or the owner might just grab something in a pinch. I am pleased with the store and will return. George, the world champion dog, needs some greenie dental treats, another ball after he annihilated his, and another chew bone. Maybe George is the boss, not Tony or me.
