they just started making their own ice cream and it is for sale at roots! so far have tried the chocolate and coffee flavor and it is awesome. they advertise it as having about 2% fat versus the standard 18−20% fat that is in regular ice cream. it is very creamy and kind of reminds me more of frozen yogurt than hard ice cream but i love it!
