Nice layout with lots of water. Pretty good value for the cost of a round, nice service at eh bag drop and in the pro shop. Course was in nice shape, even though it was early January when we played.

One of the better public courses to play on golf trip to Myrtle. Clubhouse is clean. The course has always been in good shape. A little bit of water for some challenge.

The course was decent, nothing too special. The reason I didn’t have a great experience is because the pro shop manager(Jason I believe). I played with my wife who is a beginner, and when we made our tee time he said we could play by ourselves. When we went to check in the next day he said we couldn’t, and then told me that he never told me that we could. Sure buddy. Thankfully the couple we played with we’re good fun and patient with us. Jason also told me that ladies apparel was 25% off. After the round I went to use a gift card, and during checkout he didn’t use the 25% off… must have slipped his mind. After I called it out, he applied it, he then said«you’re all good». We weren’t all good, I still had a credit left which he was expecting me to walk away from. Jason isn’t doing this place any favors. Next time I’ll play one of the hundred or so options available to me.

Have play this course a few times over the years and it’s good for the price. I paid $ 39 which included lunch. Conditions were above average. This course is on the short side and I played ALOT of irons off the tee, which is great for scoring but not much of a challenge. Yes they changed their greens, as did about 90% of MB. New grass holds up better in both summer and winter. Takes a little getting used too, adjust…

Played on busy day. Course in great shape and green are tough. Tough but fair layout. You get free range balls and lunch with greens fee. Staff very helpful. Need to go back.

From my few times playing Arrowhead(3) the course conditions are consistently among the area’s best. Additionally there is some really super scenic beauty to be had and I am not one for looking around the surrounding areas when I play, I have enough problems dealing with managing the course and my game. The course superintendent installed a new type of grass that I have never previously played on called ‘miniverde ’ which is a bent grass hybrid that allows the grass to be cut super low and not burn out in the summer heat. Obviously an expensive undertaking, but that shows true commitment to the 27 hole facility. If the wind along the waterway kicks up, you will experience a whole new type of hazard to say the least. Do yourself a favor and play this course if you get the chance.
