They are Amazing! From the first phone call, to the end of repair, they were Helpful and concerned. Explained every thing that was wrong and best way to fix problem. Pete fixed my unit and was extremely knowledgable. There is no one who would gotten here in 3 hours from call, on a Friday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. The price was very reasonable. Great experience and will use for all my air conditioning needs. Thank you so much!

We are staying in a condo for the week and arrived to find the floor soaked from a leak in the HVAC unit. We called the broker and were contacted by Carolina cool within minutes. George showed up promptly on a Sunday evening and worked his butt off needed to get a plumber involved… Filled up all night… Actually until 2:30 am to get a plumber scheduled for the morning… Steve showed up at 7:30am and got the job done. Best service ever.
