Tired this place based on a picture and I was not disappointed. The cheesesteaks were amazing they had good flavor and had lots of cheese. The only fault I can come up with is that they didn’t have any combos. You pretty much had to piece your meal together.

Delicious. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our food but had an order for 15 people walk in right before us. Make sure to get the homemade chips. We will be back on our return trips.

so good. probably the best meal i had while vacationing in myrtle beach. everything was fresh, and we ate inside the restaurant so we had to wait about 15 – 20 mins for everyone to get their orders. we didn’t mind though, because like i said it was made fresh and that’s what counted. i got a cheesesteak with house made chips and a drink. i opted for lettuce, onion, green pepper and banana peppers as toppings. the cheesesteak had the cheese perfectly mixed in with the steak, so each bite was consistent. the chips were pretty good as well! my sister had a side of onion rings and those were really good, made with batter and not breading, just how i like them. the only thing was that my sister ordered her cheesesteak with wiz, and they didn’t put any on there. they swore up and down that they mixed the cheese in with the meat, but the steak was dry as a bone and you could tell they forgot to add the cheese. once she added the cheese she enjoyed it though! all in all, a pretty good experience and i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty lunch or dinner.

Stopped in for some take out and seems to be some confusion about prices. The specials board claims that the $ 8.95 specials are«served with fries and a drink». My meal cost me $ 13 and change because the counter person said fries and a drink were extra. The meal was good but just not worth the price.

I met the owner, Dusty who took orders at the counter, as well as the drive up window. Dusty takes the orders and sends them to the kitchen via a rope and some large clips(which I found quite funny). He began to explain how he left a job at a large food corporation and moved to Myrtle Beach and opened up Cheesesteak Factory. This restaurant is deli style with only the freshest ingredients, without additives and produce from local farmers. All salads are hand made daily and bread is also fresh. Because of their fussiness with freshness, the wait may take a little longer, but it’s worth it. I was present when they were baking their home made chocolate chip cookies. And no, I saw no cheesecake on the menu. Their french fries are fresh cut, not frozen, and they were fresh tasting and crispy, delicious. We ordered the pastrami sandwiches, with melted swiss, which weren’t microwaved, were tasty and delicious. The cost for 2 pastrami sandwiches, one order of fries and two drinks came to about $ 21.00, tip is optional at the counter. We will definitely be back again, in the very near future. I hope this review doesn’t create too long of a line.

Decent sandwich, had a philly because, duh, it’s call Cheesesteaks… ample meat, could use a little more cheese, soft bread. Order at counter and they bring it to you. Friendlt, very casual. Building is old, but clean. Good place to stop for a quick bite.

First Philadelphia Cheesesteak! It was delicious! I had the MOP, cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions. I found a new sandwich, definitely will be back for another. Hostess was very helpful and patient after telling her that this was my first visit. She briefly explained the various variations of the cheesesteak.

$ 25 for two small sandwiches with fries. We had to wait 20 minutes for that, but at least they told us we were liars when they forgot the hot dog we ordered. I will never step foot in this place again, they were slow, overpriced and arrogant. There were three of us, my 8 year old daughter said she wanted a hot dog three times, I told the girl at the register twice that we wanted a hot dog. When we got home, no hot dog. When I called to tell them the mistake ‘Oh. You didn’t order a hot dog.’ Repeatedly called me a liar to my face. There are 1,500 restaurants in Myrtle Beach. No reason to go here again. By the way, this restaurant is on a frontage road less than a quarter mile from my house. This is the third time I’ve given it a try in 5 years. I’ve had a bad experience each time. I figured after 2 – 3 years, maybe they would have improved. They have not.

This was our 2nd time eating here. Both times we left raving about our choices. The 1st time I had their Philly cheesesteak and it was the best I’ve ever had. The meat was handsliced fresh and of excellent quality. No Steakums in this sandwich. My husband had the hot pastrami and said it was probably the best he has had. You can order homemade chips to go with the sandwiches and they are great. Today he had their special the Alpha wolf which he said was terrific and I had the Ruben. I think it was the best I’ve had outside of a Jewish deli in NY. The meat was cut very thin and lots or it. Can not find one thing that I wouldn’t.praise. Looking forward to our next occasion to eat there.

If your going here looking for a genuine Philly cheesesteak you will be disappointed. However I thought the sandwiches where pretty good. I got the hot pepper cheesesteak and would have liked a little more cheese. The sandwich was a bit soggy but overall had good flavor. Certainly would recommend but don’t expect a genuine philly. As of course this is Myrtle Beach and not Philly.

I have a love for all things cheesesteaks. So any place that calls themselves a cheesesteak factory has created high expectations for me. Luckily all my expectations were exceeded!

Cheesesteak was wonderful, the meat very flavorful, bread soft, I thought it was a little pricy but most things are in the Myrtle Beach area,

I went to this establishment based on the reviews. I expected the cheesesteak sandwich to be on par with a genuine Philly cheesesteak and was deeply disappointed. I even paid for a side of extra cheese because I could hardly see the cheese whiz in the sandwich. The meat had no flavor on its own and was not tender or of good quality. On the other hand, my daughter enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich. The cheese fries were okay.

First time here(I’m a local), and I was satisfied. My WIT was a little cheesy for my taste, but it was still good. They have numerous other Phillies, and I plan on trying them. In other words, I’m coming back. They make their own chips, and fries… DELICIOUS!!Home style, and sweet potato!!! Y’all need to try to this place.

Eat here everytime we come to myrtle beach. My wife does the traditional philly everytime and loves it. I’ve ventured out to other styles of cheese steaks they have and have loved them all. My favorite is the Ghost of peppers past but even when asked for a 10 for spiciness I wish it was a little spicier. Wish we had a Cheese steak factory back home in Maryland…

All I can say is amazeballs! Oversized .The LOADED Philly was out of this world… they also have a small pepper bar if you would like to spice it up. Price is reasonable since the sandwiches are so big! Under $ 30 w sweet potatoes and a soft drink. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

These Cheesesteaks are legit and packed with meat too. I spent less than $ 30 on two large sandwiches, an order of fries, two drinks, and an order of fried pickles. In no means considered pricey in my book. I had mine with mushrooms, onions, and American cheese. I like them with the cheese wiz but, felt like American at the time — don’t judge. I’d like to try their buffalo chicken one too but that’s for another day. The place is pretty small. They have a walk up counter to order and a handful of booths and tables to sit at. There’s a pepper bar where you can help yourself to adding all sorts of hots to your sub and if you’re looking for something other than a cheesesteak(not sure why you’d do that) they have plenty of options as well.
