Dragon Pan

Was looking for a better Chinese take-​out and a coworker recommended Dragon Pan. We ended up being pleasantly surprised by the flavor (s) of the food and decided to make this our regular place from now on.

The Mrs. and I eat all over the world. She had a taste for Singapore rice noodles and Dragon Pan did not disappoint. IT’S A «Carryout» not a dine in restaurant, so you order like any other Chinese carryout.
We ate in and the food was Superb! Singapore was VERY flavorful and not over curried. I had the General T’so chicken and again delicious, hot, spicy, and flavorful. Spring rolls hot and NOT greasy and full of shrimp.
While we ate I notice it’s a popular local spot, and the owner recognized a few repeat customers. If you don’t mind carryout service Dragon Pan will not let you down on flavorful traditional carryout foods.

I want to give this restaurant 1 star and a bad review to keep people away. I’ve been a customer since it opened and its getting hard to get a table during lunch. However, I have to give it a great review. The food is tasty and fresh, the portions generous for the price, and the staff is friendly. My husband and I just had dinner for under $ 20 and had leftovers to take home. Yeah, so you order at the counter, but it’s the best Chinese food I’ve eaten in the MB area.

Not sure who wrote the other 5 star reviews but I was extremely disappointed all the way around! First of all, I had no idea it was an «order at the counter» restaurant. And I did not feel particularly welcomed… repeated my order to me, told me the price and sent me on my way. My Lo Mein was burned, the Garlic Broccoli was way over spiced and the Hunan Chicken had about 4 pieces of rubbery chicken in a mass of mediocre veggies. I won’t be a repeat customer…

Awesome awesome Chinese food. The egg rolls were crunchy and not greasy. The boneless spare ribs were awesome. not grisly or fatty. Actual chunks of meat. The vegetables rice had so much flavor. The house rice was filled with meat and the crab ragoons are to die for. Anytime I go back to Myrtle beach this is a must

Its been 7 years since I moved down here from Brooklyn NY and I finally found awesome Chinese food just like back in NY. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Everything I’ve had is delicious from the egg rolls which are made from scratch to meals like Singapore noodles & Generals Chicken, OUTSTANDING. I found the meats and shrimp dishes to be so fresh, tender and flavorful. I live in Carolina Forest and even my neighbors are talking about how good Dragon Pan is. The entire staff is so accommodating and Annie the owner is always happy to make changes to their dishes for me like adding broccoli to my generals Chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant. The only drawback is its highly addictive :-) Keep up the good quality and service Dragon Pan.

Good Chinese food! Surprised by the quality. No delivery and carry out takes a long time, but overall great!
