Michael is fantastic! His family is based in Wilmington NC and they are truly experts in carpets from all over the world. He brought 5 carpets to our home to ‘try’. The one we really liked from Pakistan is down for a few days so we know it’s right. No pressure to buy — if it is not right he’ll show us more.
First class customer service and a great reputation! We won’t buy from anyone else!
