I heard things were slower in the south and this place really demonstrated that. We stood at the counter for a good 20 minutes before anyone helped us. I just wanted to print something from my webmail, but they only take files on a USB drive. I wasted another 15 minutes before the guy behind the counter admitted he didn’t know how to get the PDF from my email onto his computer to print it. Only to realize there’s an actual FedEx copy center practically within spitting distance.
