The game zone is fine, but the pizza was sub-par. I would not recommend for the food.

Great pizza! Great service! The restaurant was very clean! The games are fun and age appropriate, my 9 year old and 38 year old both had plenty to do. We will certainly make this a regular stop when we head to MB!

Pizza was outstanding. There is lots of noise from the games. Our first trip there and we will come back.

Pizza is soggy. Didn’t even get a pizza box with take out. Mixed drink was packed with ice. Games are pretty generic and boring. Prize won with tickets broke minutes after we got it. Avoid this place.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s our last night in Myrtle Beach, before heading back home to Ohio, and we thought it would be fun to take the kids, play some games and grab some pizza. I read the reviews on trip advisor, and they were pretty good, so we decided to go. I love that the game cards are free. All you do is add the amount of money you want onto the card.(Dave & Busters game cards cost us $ 4 apiece) the games vary in price from $.50– $ 2.00. Bowling is more, bumper cars are $ 5 and the laser game is $ 2.50. All are reasonable. The wait for our table was 30 minutes, so we just played games with the kids while we waited. Our names were called and we got our table. The restaurant area was extremely messy. Napkins, straws, and other garbage littered the floor. Our server, named Erik, came. He didn’t introduce himself(I got his name from our receipt), and he acted like we were a bother to be sitting in his section. He took our drink order, and someone else brought it. He then came back and took our food order. Someone else brought it. All while Erik was standing in the bar area, talking with 2 friends. He never came to check on us. We had to wait and motion him over to get refills, and then also for our bill. I will say that our food was good! We loved the crust of the pizza. My husband and I got a medium High Sierra(BBQ chicken) and it was delicious. And we also got the Lite Works(rosemary crust, pineapple, chicken, roasted red peppers? I think!) it was also tasty! Our kids got the pepperoni pizza and they each ate 3 pieces, so it MUST have been good! There was one worker who was very helpful and nice. He worked in the game zone and was kind to everyone, good with kids, and fixed all of the games if something went wrong. His name was Kenny. Whatever he makes– it’s not enough, for the work he does. He was awesome! Overall, we would definitely go back, IF we knew we could have a different server, and if the dining area was cleaned up.

Awesome family friendly pizza joint with lots of games. Not ny style but very good in its own way. Fast delivery and quality ingredients. Look for coupons even though the prices are good to begin with.

My son calls this place Pizza Planet! We have to come multiple times when we visit the beach! Ask for Veronica, she’s amazing! Pizza is great, games are awesome for kids!

We were hear over Spring Break and a family from out of town. We assumed from the website and coupon book that there was a play and dine deal. I assumed this place was a Dave and Busters type place. ITISNOT! When seated the waitress knew no deal. I asked for manager who said it had to be printed out. We were at a timeshare with no capacity to print so he then said ok I will honor it. It DOESNOT state that on website. Pizza was gross! Meatball sub was frozen and canned sauce. Wings were tasty and service was ok! A lot of staff just hanging around chatting. Video games were ok just not what we expected. Best game there was a beer pong type game

Staff is always friendly. Veronica is our favorite server. She knows what we drink and is super friendly to our son. Pizza is great, wings are good, hummus is good. Arcade is very good.

I am embarrassed for the employees. I went in to order a few pies to-go, and witnessed a restaurant with absolutely nobody managing the place. 8:45 on a Wednesday night. Nobody was working the host stand so we made our way to the bar. Took 10 minutes for a bartender to appear and greet us. From my vantage point I saw 4 occupied tables, 12 empty and filthy un-bussed tables and 3 clean tables. This was all without leaving my seat. Nobody was working to clean anything. The servers were running around trying to find help and the bartender kept disappearing so nobody was making drinks for them. We watched this go on for 45 minutes. No managers on the floor, and no direction for the staff. After another 10 minutes our Luke warm Togo order was dropped off for us at the bar and we had to wait another 10 for the bartender to appear to pay our tab. Servers scooping ice with glasses, carrying clean plates up against their dirty shirts, and a filthy dining room makes me scared to now what the kitchen looks like. Clearly not how to run a business in a town with so much competition.

Had pizza delivered to our villa while vacationing in MyrtleBeach. Pizza was horrible. We ordered the Supreme with lots of fixings. Could only eat a piece flavors didn’t mix well. Who messes up pizza? We also ordered a salad which was a big hunk of iceburg lettuce with bell peppers, red onions and tomatoes. Pretty flavorless. Not a great experience:(

I have a permanent site at Apache campground down the street. I have a seven year old who loves the ticket /redemption games and we are no strangers to Chuck e cheese and the like. This place rocks in the tickets to dollar ratio and I’ve seen crane games pay stacks of tickets that were the equivalent of I kid you not 11 skateboards. We came down to winterize the camper and decided to play $ 20 worth of games. Someone ahead of us was spinning some prize wheel. They said if we signed up we could spin it. My daughter did and won a free large one topping pizza. And we didn’t even have to eat it right then. They gave us a card to redeem it up to a month from now. I have always been pleased with this place and wanted other parents with kids who are fed up with the lack of return on your money on ticket games that this is the place to go. Her thoughts: hi I am a 7 year old i love the idea of going to the California pizza citchen me and my family saw a boy could buy eleven skateboards cool right and i think you should know to do this you should save up your tickets and so when you are coming back you can get more tickets and get more prizes and am definitely interested in doing that so come on down to the California pizza citchen in myrtle beach on Lake arrow head road love 7 year old

Tried this place while on vacay at Myrtle Beach. I was skeptical because I’m not a big fan of those thin«California Pizza Kitchen» pizzas but this place is nothing like it. It was sooo delicious, they delivered late night right to our hotel room & I scarfed down so many pieces. Their crust is so yummy & the ultimate cheese was phenomenal. I wish they had them around where I live.

Waited for over two hours for a delivery that never came. Promised 35 to 45 minutes. I called at an hour and fifteen and was told it was in route. After two hours called again and was told our food was sitting at their restaurant and had been for a long time. They never called to tell me that despite having my number.

Went to the restaurant because it was recommended as a good family place. Food was«ok» but service was pretty awful. From the get go the hostess gives the impression she doesn’t want to be there and she doesn’t like kids(hint hint its a family restaurant with lots of games.) then the service is slow and quite honestly you never feel welcomed. Even the guy selling the tokens for the arcade seems pretty annoyed.. So long story short we wont come back and sorry can’t recommend it.

Only good if you have little kids. We had 2 teenagers with us and they were not interested in the games. Service was some of the worse I have ever experienced. Had to get my own napkins silverware and plates. Waitress laughed at me when I walked up and asked her for these items. Food was nothing special. Will never return to eat here again.

We had pizza and salads delivered to our condo. They were amazing !! One pizza had prosuitto cheese and tomatoes. The other pineapple, dates and coconut. The teriyaki chicken salad had a huge amount of flavorful shredded chicken on top of lettuce, red onion and broccoli with cucumbers and tomatoes. The jack bread was yummy. All fantastic ! Loved it

Took the ball team on Friday night. Ten eleven year old boys, siblings & parents. They did a great job. Set up buffet for our group. Service was great & kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

The Pros: Well I have to say the Arcade is pretty fun. Lots of games, plenty of items to get at the ticket/prize counter, plenty of screaming kids and teenagers running around having a good time. The CONS: I was there with my family. When we walked in, we stood at the entry way for about 15 minutes, waiting on the hostess to return to her station. She told us we had about a 30 minute wait … the place was pretty busy so it was to be expected. She told us that they would post our name on this little white board on the counter when our table was ready. After a while our table became available so we got sat and waited. And waited… And waited… Waited Waited Waited… After about 15 minutes, we got up and went across the street to 2 Goombas pizza in the same parking lot. So my suggestion, is go to UCP for the games, but go across the street to Goombas for some food and good service.
