Went in with a friend who needed her new phone backed up from her old one. She had recently received a poorly manufactured phone and was having major difficulties. So she ordered a new one, which came in the mail. But she always had Verizon do her back ups for her. The employees were very nice and the wait was not very long at all. Which shocked me when we got inside, because the parking lot seemed packed. However, this Verizon location is on a poor ‘lot’ in the plaza. It is not easy to go to, coming from 501. If you were coming from 501, and turned onto seaboard street, you would then need to go to the first light, take a left, and go all the way through the parking lot and around Golden Corral that is behind it. Do you know how many cars you need to dodge and get around on seaboard street, and that side street, AND in Golden Corral parking lot. Talk about a maze.

Jamias was so helpful from the beginning. He held the door open as we walked in and was happy to help us with anything we needed while we were there. Most of the other guys looked just as attentive if needed as well. Keep up the good work, guys!

Well I was at this store and the wait was long we stood for about half an hour. Then when someone came up the representative asked for our information. But once we said something about the wait and all the representative was talking down to us and had an attitude toward us and walked off to the manager and the manager was not even better because the first thing she said was she was not there.

I have purchased two iPhones, a smartphone and an iPad mini from this store. The reps are very polite, however I tend to put off my visits there, as I am usually waiting around for an hour or so, until I get assistance. On my most recent visit here, I was not feeling well and the greeter put my name in line. Oh, no, another half day wasted and I don’t feel well. I expressed my situation to the greeter and told her I would have to leave. She then wanted to check my device herself. I asked if she was a technician and fortunate for me she was. She was able to fix my problem and off I went after 45 minutes. That was the shortest wait I ever had at any Verizon store. I love my devices and have been with Verizon like forever. My calls are rarely dropped and I almost always have a signal. I am happy with my service and even my last Verizon visit. Hopefully that will continue or improve.
