Tom the owner came to my house on time to give me an estimate to tint my front windows. I was so impressed by the way he conducted business that I gave him the job right away. His price was more then reasonable. His employees that did the job were on time, neat and careful. The work they did was outstanding. I wish all companies worked like they did. Nice people.

I’ve had many unprofessional contractors in the 8 years I’ve been in the M.B. area, and I was pleased to find the relatively new franchise owner, Tom, 5 minutes early for his estimate appt. Then after educating me to the quality standards of his services, he made it easy for me to buy by giving me a price that was only 26% higher than the original price that I paid others to have most of my house’s windows tinted 6years and 6 weeks ago. To me, that was a realistic amount of inflation to pay. I needed to replace 9 «half windows» with film, after replacing 9 «broken seals» windows. His crew, Matt, Sam, and Jay, called before they came three days later(mainly due to it being about 20 degrees cold out!), and they were still on time for my set expectations of between 9 and 9:30AM to start the job. I can’t tell you how many contractors I’ve had that were very late, and never called me, the customer. Anyway, I also never expected Window Genie to take off my window locks before installing the film, because my last installers did not. I was shown that they left a small, and mostly hidden, amount of old film with bubbles still in that small location because the locks never being removed. While it is not a real big deal, it kind of represented to me the level of professionalism their willing to go, even when it takes more time to take off, and reinstall window locks. All three crew member were professional throughout the entire job. Kudos, as I can be hard to please, at times!
