I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and it was great. Not only was the sandwich great the service was terrific. Two ladies made the experience very enjoyable. They do a big drive through business. Highly recommended.

I hadn’t been here in quit a long time. I needed to arrange for a group lunch…, This lunch was fantastic! Dealing with Denise the manager was one of the best customer service experiences. The owner Chris is first class. The atmosphere is awesome, our lunches were Delicious! We felt so welcome, and were treated like«Royalty» Can’t wait to go back and have the delicious Curry Chicken Salad. Enough for 2!!!

Stopped here on the way from Eugene to San Francisco. There are so many on-road coffee joints these days, and they are so hit-or-miss. Well, not this place. They pulled us off a delightful latte and a perfect espresso. You’ll be happy you came!

Sorry to say the coffee at McDonald’s is better. Even after asking for a couple of shot of espresso added, still weak.

Driving from LA to Canada… great find! First of all the exit has great views, that alone is enough to stop. Had a caramel latte, seriously so delish. Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Cute café

Great coffee and specialty coffee drinks. Also great breakfast sandwiches. Awesome friendly staff that made me the best cappuccino I have ever had this morning… double shot wet salted caramel cappuccino! The breakfast burrito and croissant breakfast were great too! I will definitely be back !

Wow! Such a great place So clean, so friendly! What a convenient stop for coffee off the 5 in Myrtle Creek. They have great drinks and I read they have great food, too. Oregon. What an amazingly cool and beautiful state! And that’s from a Californian.

Awesome find! Driving through on road trip we stopped for lunch and a bathroom break and found this little gem. Great chicken salad and coffees. Extremely clean, food fresh and employees very friendly. Love the fresh flower bouquets on all the tables and the artwork on the walls. Made me want to relocate to this little town. Thanks for the hospitality and great food and drinks!

Back again on our way down! This time we got lattes, a bacon and egg breakfast, a muffin, and cookies for the road. The sandwich was AMAZING. The coffee was also very good. The barista was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to her and I regret not asking for her name to give her a shoutout! My mom and I probably will never do this drive again since we’re from Hawaii and don’t normally go on road trips, which is sad because I really like this coffee shop and would definitely make this my go to stop on the drive. If you’re in the area-I urge you to make this stop and support this great coffee shop.

Perfect lunch stop off the 5. Why eat gross chain food when you can get a healthy and delicious sandwich here served by friendly people?

I came across this place by accident during my road trip and I’m glad I did. Honestly my bladder was about to explode and I was just going to run in and pee and maybe buy a bottle of water to be nice. Five minutes and an empty bladder later I was over taken by the wonderful smells emitting from behind the counter so instead I opted for a spiced chai. I’m drinking it now and can say honestly it’s the best I’ve had. Anyone who’s ever driven from Coos Bay to the I-5 knows that there is absolutely no where to stop, so thank you grumpy old lady in the tacky capris at the golf and rv resort for running me off when I asked to pee at the office. Your lack of kindness and human decency led to me discovering this lil gem. I’ll be seeing you again on me return trip. My car smells amazing now!

This is not just a coffee place. This place is a very nice place for lunch, meetings, and/or a good glass of wine. It is upscale for a coffee shop, nice feel. Come and try it out. You won’t be disappointed in the food or drinks!

Great spot to stop in right off the 5! Very refreshing to have a cozy café instead of McDonalds. You need to spend an $ 11 minimum if using a card FYI. They have an assortment of non dairy options and really good oatmeal — I’d recommend getting hot milk in the oatmeal instead of water. Coffee is pretty good — the best option along this long stretch of highway!

I saw«coffee» next exit on I5 en route to San Diego, after already driving all night from Seattle. I thought«well better than truck stop coffee» to my luck/surprise the coffee was amazing! !! Barista was friendly and made me a wickedly awesome, tasty iced coffee. I bookmarked the location for my many drives from Seattle to California & Arizona.

Had to pull it down one star after today’s visit. My brother grabbed me a light roast that normally would have been fine but tasted like the styrofoam cup in came in. A little disappointed but I’ll be back tomorrow.

Coffee= passable, not great. On par with Starbucks but not over-roasted and cheaper. All sorts of flavorings and milk options(coconut, soy, almond) available. Under $ 2 for a drip coffee. House made(I think) pastries(not appealing but at least not from the factory). Extremely friendly staff, fast service, drive thru option, nice bathroom. Bring cash, $ 11 minimum I believe.

I liked it so much I dropped a pin on it for my next Seattle/NorCal road trip. Just off of I-5 on the way from Seattle to NorCal, I NEEDED my late morning coffee!!! I had been looking for a Starbucks but there were no roadsigns indicating an easy access one for 45 minutes(we are basically in rural Oregon). As soon as I saw the sign on I-5 for SOCO, I zipped off the freeway, crossed over a gorgeous, milky green river and SOCO coffee was just on the left. The double cappucino was perfectly foamed and the coffee was Seattle roast quality. I ordered the breakfast egg/cheese/tomato croissant and they offered avocado(yes, I know it’s extra) and glad I did although it would still have been great without it. Also, I often critically judge places on unripened tomatoes because it seems cheap from a business perspective but this tomato slice was perfectly ripe — bonus points! The portion was the perfect size for an adult and reasonably priced. I’m raving here because as good as a coffee house can be, nice décor, wifi, nice restrooms, designed so that you’re encouraged to linger, if it wasn’t for the super friendly staff, none of the above would mean much. This is an all around great place.

A randomly placed good coffeehouse. I got«A Shot in the Dark» or a single shot of espresso in a cup of regular coffee. Low acidity and smooth, with the perfectly pulled shot for added assurance that I last for the rest of the trip. Customer service was friendly and quick, and there is a «drive thru» which is really just a window you pull up to if you don’t want to get out of the car. This looks like a really chill place to kick it with a book in front of a fireplace or get some studying done. Well done, SOCO. Such a rarity along the fast-food laden I-5.
