Greg Broadbent and his team helped me sell my mother’s house. As I was coordinating this sale from 2 states away it was important for me that the local team handle the listings and showings without my needing to be present. I found Greg and his team to be very professional. Communication was good, feedback from people seeing the house was forwarded (positive and negative) and the information provided was always accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone looking to list a house.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home. Greg was our agent throughout the whole process — which, admittedly, has taken a us few years (we couldn’t find a house we liked!). He patiently guided us through the whole process, from searching/​finding the house, to the buying/​mortgage process. He made it so easy along every step of they way, and having Greg on our side definitely made the buying process much less stressful that it could be. Greg is super personable, yet offers a lot of expertise on the real estate market — a great combination to have as a real estate market. Looking for homes with him was fun and informative! In the end, we found our perfect house, which I don’t think we could have done without Greg! We will use Greg in the future for any real estate transactions.

Greg was very good at explaining the selling process to us. He came back to us with a range of suggested pricing. Looking to sell fast for our relocation, we agreed at a price a little below the middle. We had 8 showings the first week. A buyer submitted an offer just below asking price which we took.
Greg did a great job marketing our house.
