Staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Never say hello, thank you or can I help you. They never remember how I want my shirts and practially yell at me if my cleaning isn’t ready, I dread going in there and working on finding a new one. They don’t deliver or have a credit card account option unless you call somewhere else and set it up. I hope the owner reads this and realizes how poor the customer service is.

I’ve only been here once so I can only speak to my one experience.
They seemed friendly. I had 2 pairs of pants and a dress to get dry cleaned. I think I brought it in on Wed or Thur and they said it would be ready Monday after 4pm. I thought that was a long time for dry cleaning.
When I picked it up Monday, it was all there and everything was cleaned and pressed wonderfully. I’m happy with the results. $ 27 for the 3 items so I’ll let you decide if that is a good price.

They are so friendly here! They always do a very good job. I just wish the Mystic store would take measurements for tailoring. The tailor at the New London Shalett’s store is the best I’ve ever been to, but I hate having to drive all that way when I only need some pants hemmed.
