Too tired to leave a long review BUT. Here’s there gist of it. Food was good, a bit pricey. Our service was okay. She was great while at the table but didn’t see her much. My brother got a baked potato instead of his broccoli. My mothers steak didn’t have the cream sauce it was supposed to have on it. But all in all it was good. It did take forever to get the biscuits and our appetizer. The server was busy though she had 7 tables at once which I think was a little much for one person being a server in the past myself. But she had a great personality and can’t beat their salad bar. Overall okay experience.

Ha same old Ruby Tuesday in North Augusta. I go here once a year and its such a bad experience I wait another year before going again and we always say its not going to be great but lets try it again just to see. Normally the lady holds everyone in the lobby and the restaurant is empty. This time we were seated pretty quickly but were told there was a 20 minute wait for food. We said ok we would get the salad bar and wait — it would be fine. We got our food at about the 60 minute mark from ordering — which is terrible — inexcusable — this place should be out of business experience. I ordered the smokey mountain chicken — it was actually rather good. Would I come here again — probably not as there is always something going on with either seating or getting the food at a timely manner. This is the reason I am giving this restaurant 2 stars as the food was actually pretty good when I eventually got it.

Normally I have a pretty good experience at this ruby Tuesday’s. Today not so good. The restaurant was practically empty and it still took a hour for my food. I ordered a Long Island ice tea while I waited which is usually fantastic. Today it was really watered down. I ordered the international trio and my shrimp scampi was dry with no scampi sauce. Finally the manager comes over to get my plate only to add the sauce where I was still left with sticky noodles. Horrible experience maybe my last time I’ll eat here again.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this restaurant, this is my third time and my last time. The service was horrible the food was worse the timing ridiculous. Allow me to explain once we were seated our drink orders were taken and all the non alcohol drinks or brought within 10 minutes anything requiring alcohol took 30 minutes with the excuse given that the bar was backed up but from what we could see there were still plenty of seats available. When you go to dinner you expect all the food to come at one time or close so that you and your dinner party can eat together, our food was brought out in a staggered formation so that everybody had to watch somebody house eat and our order was sadly mixed up. Our visit went from bad to very bad in one short hour, the food was awful and nobody was served any hot food

I have been here so many times and then took a break for about a year. When we arrived tonight, we sat in the dining area and were immediately regretful. Perhaps our server was new, regardless, it took 30 minutes or more to get our drinks. Then to get a refill? The typhoon shrimp were greasy with no sauce. The cheese sticks? Wow! Do not have a clue what that really was, it did not taste like cheese. Also, what cheese stick comes flat? The wings were good and the sauce that complimented the eggrolls was good. Overall, service was HORRIBLE, food was below standard. My money would have been spent better somewhere else.

Visited this restaurant for a quick lunch after shopping. I should’ve checked the reviews before choosing this restaurant. First, as my wife and I walked in, there was a pungent foul smell at the hostesses station next to the salad bar. Shrugged it off because the hostesses was VERY nice. Second, at our table, noticed the floor and window seal had food crumbs. Looked as if it was a rushed cleaning job. That puzzled me because the restaurant was not busy so maybe it was dirty from the night before. Third, waiter must have been having a bad morning because his attitude was very nonchalant and inattentive. When the waiter placed our bread on the table, it was old and hard. My wife’s salad arrived it had croutons, she ordered it without croutons. When the waiter brought the same salad back, after picking the croutons out, there was still a croûton in the salad. Bad service. Avoid.

Mediocrity at best, I don’t expect much from chain restaurants but this location consistently aims low and still misses the mark by a mile. Hostess is dour and slow the total antithesis of what the job calls for. The only bright spot has been the wait staff which tends to rise above the miasma of this location. Ordered the small plate pasta & shrimp which was more like cardboard and glue with some salad shrimp tossed on top for decoration. Sauce was salty and gelatinous, noodles grossly over cooked probably cooked and reheated in boiling water. Shrimp were small salty and over cooked. I really need to find someplace else I can take my mom for lunch

This RT is always clean. The service tends to be hit or miss. Last night, we got there about 9:00 and the salad bar was in desperate need of restocking, even on base layer items lettuce and spinach. Considering their salad bar is one of their biggest draws and they are open until 11:00 on Friday night, that’s unacceptable in my book. It was not busy at all, and unfortunately I think that has a lot to do with why certain standards are not kept at this location. Either that or slack management. One other thing worth noting was the lettuce serving as a bed of garnish to our Thai Spring Roll appetizer was fresher and more crisp than the wilted lettuce on my burger. However, the appetizer was very good and the highlight of our meal.

Ruby Tuesday is pretty standard as a chain restaurant, but I do like the fact that they have a good-quality salad bar and excellent service at this particular location.

The waitress was nice, but this restaurant’s days are hopefully numbered. Went for lunch with two family member’s and we all got the soup and salad. The salad was fine but the soup was cold, the waitress apologized and let us know that the manager was personally taking care of it. About five minutes later, the severs brought out the same bowls that had been reheated in the microwave. Who knows which bowl I got, but at least we got fresh spoons. Yuck… I will never go back.

Bisquits are still over salted but the entrée shrimp with pasta was nicely seasoned. Waiter was competent and friendly but food took forever to come out of the kitchen. Since North Augusta has so few dining options I suspect they will continue to do OK but if another restaurant with similar dining choices opens things may change

Ok predictable ruby Tuesday. It’s overpriced but that would be okay if the«carside» carry out was working(convenience) like other restaurants(nice if they brought it out oe at least had it ready at the door) or if you didn’t have to tell about 5 people that you are here to pick up «Togo» order and have them point you to the bar. Just not impressed. Wishing for another chain restaurant in north augusta to provide some incentive for improving their customer service.

There was a lingering odor in the air that was not pleasant. The Garden Bar, which was referred to as a salad bar was a mess and empty around 4:30. When we were seated at the bar, there was a dirty table directly behind us that was no cleared off or cleaned the entire time we were there. Save your money and find some place else.

Stopped here recently for dinner. We were hoping for a nice salad from the salad bar. Had a soup and salad and the bean soup was a bit too salty. Salad bar was okay but not as much selection as some other Ruby Tuesdays I’ve been to. Service was good though a bit slow. Overall, I think I would have been better off eating at a Panera instead of Ruby Tuesday.
