Delta Cleaners

I am writing this review with respect to the location at 492 Hempstead, NY. They are the worst! Jose the «owner/​manager» is horrible. We have been bringing our clothes there for years and this is the second time they have lost an artcile of clothing. Upon our 4^th visit to see if they found my pants, Jose must have had one too many «cervezas» and became beligerant and basically told me «these things happen» and then offers me $ 25 for pants that cost me $ 85. Acknowledging that my pants were several months old, I asked him to give me $ 50 credit to use at his cleaners, which he declined. I told him that the wasn’t very intelligent as he was going to lose my business which tallies to well over $ 25. I would not turn any clothes into this cleaners as they are not responsible and have horrible customer service policies
