Batteries Plus

I usually change my windshield wipers myself. If you’ve changed them before, then you know how frustrating and confusing it can be.
I didn’t know it at the time, but my father recommended Batteries Plus, and since he wanted to go there, why not have my wipers replaced also!
Well, they are stocked up on just about every dang Battery and Lightbulb you can imagine, and yes, they have-​and replace for free– windshield wipers.
They were surprisingly busy, but getting the wipers changed was fast. Paying was slow, as they were short staffed (two employees). I wouldn’t subtract any points for that.
It’s a small showroom, but it’s packed with cool, geeky gadgets. If you are like me, browsing gadgets like this is right up my alley.
And, no more smearing water across my windshield during Charleston frog-​choking downpours.

Driving in from out of state we stopped by to see if they could resolve an issue we had with a product purchased from a different Batteries Plus location. Joshua treated us like long time customers, resolved the issue speedily and was honest with the diagnosis where he could have easily lied and made additional sales. Very impressed with the quality of customer service.
