Placed an online order and stopped in here to pick it up. Took a total of less than 2 minutes from the time I checked in for pickup to the time I was walking out the door with my purchase. Very satisfied with the service here, and will be picking up all future online purchases here as well. Did take some time to look around their tools department while I was in store and they have a great selection available with reasonable pricing.

I just don’t think Sears has any concept of customer service or quality. Everything here is depressing. Poor lighting, bad prices, and employees that look like they just want to go home. Only reason to shop here is when you find a deal for something there online and just need to swing by the store to pick it up.

Moved to Pine Lakes Apartments 120 S Cranford Road, L 6. We had a deadline to get the TV and Internet before June 72014, since Comcast had scheduled Saturday June 72014 they knocked the door at 7:58AMEDT. To get the Television and other items, Sears was kind enough to get 24 months free no interest– that was awesome. All these were done by people like Ricky Roberts-Richard Roberts– here are few things worth mentioning People who helped out –cannot be forgotten. They travel extra mile. They are really passionate. To mention people are Ricky –Ricky Roberts –he is super balanced, smiling, helpful, good manager-he demonstrates true leadership. Anita– another excellent manager who is persistent, always looking to find solutions, can recognize people in no time, Brenda who did entire deal outstanding-super Sales person-detailed and thorough-investigates-she wants to get thing resolved on my shop your reward also. I forgot the other guy i thought i wrote somewhere. Shawna near the delivery.-very caring and helpful.

Oh man… not good customer service at all. I came in later at night(about 730) to buy some jewelry and make up. This sears does NOT carry cosmetics. They also don’t hire friendly people. I walked by a girl sitting on a computer wearing a running jacket sitting indian style on a chair, and she just looked at me while I walked by. I looked at some earrings, and an older lady walked by and she asked if she could help her find anything. Wow, another case of not helping me because I’m young. SERIOUSLY what is wrong with these people? Once I came back around she then asked me but I didn’t need anything since I’d found what I needed at that point. Then we stood in «line.» Meaning we were the only ones at a counter besides 2 employees on the other side. Once the cashier was done fiddling on the register she said«just a minute» to us and turned around. Then she socialized with the employees. So we walked to the other side to find the registers closed and an angry customer because she couldn’t get any help finding what she needed. I went back to the other side, the cashier was still talking w/the employees. Finally we got up there, got my earrings and the heck out of there. I should’ve known. I hate K-Mart and they are partners now… Typical customer service from a typical trashy store.
