Victoria’s Secret

This is the worst location I have ever been in! I wont even go in there to get my «Free Panties» the staff is not friendly or willing to help. Never greeted when you come in the store. I will travel 20 – 25 miles out to go to the King St. or Mt. Pleasant location passing that location. I even visit that mall but still will not go in that store.

The worst Victoria secret I’ve ever been too. Staff are rude and slow. The line to purchase is always so long with one person working the register, it’s a joke. I’d rather drive another 20 mins to avoid this VS. they also never have any stock.

The worst customer service. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Returned 2 mail orders, got passed around to 3 different employees (one was a manager). None of them greeted me once! The last associate returned only 1 of my 3 items and tried to blame it on me for not telling her. The other associates should’ve explained where they were in the process to her. Never again.

I like to frequent Victoria’s Secret, even though my wallet doesn’t usually agree. During their semi-​annual sales, you can grab great deals on discounted bras, panties, lingerie, fragrance, and makeup items, as well as misc. goodies like phone cases and tote bags. These sales also usually continue online when they end in-​store.
This location’s selection is a little smaller than other stores, as far as go-​to, every day bras. If you need a push-​up or something sexy, go here!
Their staff was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for, and they know their stuff. The fitting room attendant came and made sure I was liking everything I was trying on, and offered to bring a few more pieces in if I’d like. She even remembered my name without writing it down on the little notecard outside (I checked!), so that’s always a plus.
I really like their stuff, but I can’t spend 80 bucks on a date night bra. Their «lower end» cotton bras are great, and The Lacie is probably the best thing ever constructed.
Overall, a great, clean atmosphere with great deals during sales and a super helpful staff. Worth a visit!
