I love Papa Gino’s. I don’t just go there for the food, but for the nostalgia. I can remember frequenting Papa’s as a child. I like how all of their restaurants look the same. Sometimes the service can be lacking. One thing that irks me a little is when the pizza-cooker takes the pizza out too early. You’d think they would have it down by now, the whole perfect crispness thing. Some of their workers are great, others suck, but thats anywhere. It’s hard to find good service these days. As long as you tell them how you want your food, usually your experience will be worthwhile. The pizza is the best chain by far, besides Pizzaria Regina of course, but there’s only a few of those. All the food at this establishment is good. Want a good meal at a decent price… Hit up Papa’s!

Morons and crappy customer service to boot. I swear they take pride in hiring those with short-term memory loss and retardation. I give them stars because their food is really good. I give them less because 70% of the time they will«forget» my order or leave me waiting 52 minutes for a single cheese pizza. I’m patient, and I will understand the once-in-a-while mistake, but this has just gotten ridiculous. Don’t even bother on All-You-Can-Eat nights. This is where all the jocks go to become big and strong boys(and the moms take their whining kids), so good luck getting a table let alone some food.
