7-Eleven

I came late 6÷1÷15 tonight since they are open ²⁴⁄₇ and the door was locked while music was blasting inside. I waiting, thinking they were using the bathroom, for 30 minutes and no one came to the door. I used to sleep at my last job but never if I was the only employee working. However getting paid to sleep is actually nice if you can still perform your job when needed.

Yup the oldman with the white beard totally tried to shortchange us. After reading the reviews i thought id go anyway since its the closest. Mthfkr tried to keep like $ 4 actin like he made a mistake. BULLSHIT!

I was appauled with the rudeness of the clerk at this store today. I also work in the service industry and learned that every customer is as important as the next. It is important to smile, be courteous and respectful.
I asked the clerk for a specific brand of an item only to have him snap back at me and tell me «We don’t carry that brand. Why don’t you go somewhere else.»
I guess not all of the 7 elevens operate on the same standards and hire people without customer service skills.
I don’t recommend this store to anyone unless you are into getting disrespected.
I don’t ask to be treated like a king and I don’t ask to be treated like a Jacka$$ either.

I live across the street and get coffee here every morning.
Yeah yeah, I can make my own at home but I neeeeeeeeeed me some 7 – 11 coffee first thing in the morning.
I like the variety and the abundance of creamers.
The owner is always on site and There is never a line.
They take care of people quickly and efficiently.
I’ve never had a problem at this location.
It’s clean too! Very clean.
And they have a redbox out front!
Oh yeah!
I also love the cheap alcohol here.
I’m a big mimosa drinker and i like the affordable, delicious champagne in the coolers. YUM!
When I’m not drinking mimosas, I’ll grab a 12 pack of coronas… which are as cheap if not cheaper than the grocery store.

The guy at the register was rude

Not much to say about 7 – 11. Its open 24/​7, its got ATMs and REDBOX. La-​la-​la-​la-​la-​la-​la-​la-​la-​la-​la.

RAGE. RAGE. These bastards didn’t «participate» in Free Slurpee day like other locations.
FUCK THAT SHIT.
Seriously this is usually the happiest day of the year and then 7-​Eleven had to go and shit on it.
I go to this 7-​Eleven everyday now I’m boycotting this place until they lift their ban on free Slurpee Day. Clock’s ticking you anti-​free Slurpee fascists.

They purposely short you on your change at this location! Every time I go in there the cashier hands me back wrong change. Don’t let him fool you into thinking it’s an accident either. If you don’t give him the right amount he knows his math well enough to correct you, but if you don’t count your change in front of him you’ll end up losing 25 cents here, 50 cents there. A friend of mine who lives in the neighborhood behind the store used to go in there everyday, he warned me about them stealing people’s change. It’s not the amount of money stolen from me, it’s the principle and the fact they he follows you around the store like you’re being untrustworthy but in reality he is stealing from all the patrons of the store.

Oh thank heaven for my little corner 7-​Eleven
I’ve been coming here since I was a little youngster. What was that, like 1869? :) It started with slurpees and the occasional candy bar. I then advanced my tween culinary tastes and dabbled in the offerings from the Nacho Bar and even ate a shriveled up hot dog or two. Then they started carrying Ben n Jerry’s ice cream and oh boy, yes please. Then it was off to college and this became the place to buy a pack of ciggy’s, the occasional lottery ticket and what’s this thing? An ATM machine? What on Earth does that do?
Saturday I stopped in here to grab some gum, an overpriced bottle of Smart Water (which incidentally kinda cancels itself out for you as a consumer. You are spending almost $ 3 on a bottle of water labeled smart. Me thinks not so smert), I also hit said ATM machine and it was here that I not only got my convenient items, but a lesson in the value of cars.
Apparently, my car is «worth something.» Or so claimed the man who saw me pull in and made a mad dash to the magazine section, grabbed an AutoTrader and flipped through it at almost Superman speed only to rush me at the door and tell me that my car was worth something and then stood there with a grin on his face. Hmm, is he hitting on me or trying to carjack me?
