Update! I still say this Conroys is the best flower shop ever! They made the most beautiful wedding flower arrangements and bouquets. I can not say enough about it. They were so fresh the centerpieces lasted another week in my house and they still look great! It was so original and the designs were gorgeous!

Once again my friends at Conroy’s flowers Jaime and Cesar Wowed every one! They designed and magically planned my daughter’s wedding flowers! They made here most important night of her life look like paradise! They are my true true heroes! I know how busy they are always participating in Neiborhood and city charity events, how reasonable their prices are (believe me I did my research and know exactly how pricy it would have been to get this high quality of flowers!) and still how kindly and quietly they just do their thing! Which is giving and giving and giving! Without any loudness and bragging about how grand their gesture of art and love is! They just do the right thing! Selflessly! World needs more human beings like this! Kind, loving, generous, positive, hard working, artists, givers, and fare! Love them! I owe them for ever! My role models

I had flowers delivered to me from my mom for my daughters remembrance day… something very special to me. The flowers I received were already browning on the tips and some spots on the white flowers. By the next morning a rose was dieing and a carnation was shrivelled.. I called the flower shop and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it. This was not a convenient thing to do and I asked if I could do it the next day and they agreed. I brought it in the next morning and she took it and seemed on top of fixing the problem. I thought they would of made me a whole new arrangement but they took out the bad ones and replaced them with multi colored flowers that didn’t Match the arrangement at all. I must admit that I did like the new colors and I excepted the arrangement, but they should of gone above and beyond to make me happy just because I had to come in and my mom payed to have it delivered. Just because the arrangement is being delivered doesn’t mean they can use old flowers either.

Second year coming here for my son’s prom date, love their corsage and boutonnière selection.

My husband went out of his way to try and make my birthday special and this place messed it all up. Never mind their high prices but I never received my flowers or bear on my birthday. They never delivered my husbands gift even when my husband called them all day to remind them. They have horrible customer service and are very unreliable. Never again in my whole life will I use this flower shop.

Who gave this place 3 dollar signs???
What the hell type of platinum diamond encrusted orchid bouquets were you ordering??? Jesus Christ!!!
My experience was all the more different.
So I Googled… wait, let’s say that I «Yelped» flowers in North Hollywood after being informed of a death within the family of an employee of mine and Conroy’s populated. Without hesitation did I know that I’d be in good hands.
Pressed for time, I contacted this location and briefly conversed with Caesar explaining the dilemma.
While typically I travel to the Flower District within DTLA simply for their abundance, variance and accessibility, I can’t state that I knew exactly what to expect when ordering «blindly» from Conroy’s, and in turn, I allowed Caesar free range in preparing a bouquet for a guy… and his family promptly whipping out the company credit card all the while informing him that I’d be there for pick up in all of 20 minutes.

I totally hate to place people on the spot yet times like these are absolutely when you become all the more enabled to see a company — well, SHINE!
Conroy’s did NOT DISAPPOINT!!!
I arrived shortly thereafter to view the most gorgeous bouquet I’d seen in quite some time and was in and out without detainment.
This, fellow Unilocalers, is how things should be done!!! Words alone can’t convey how pleased I am with this place let alone my experience altogether.
That stated, try this:

Never again. With an entire week notice I was given what looked to be old leftover tulips! I don’t know about you guys but I know I don’t want to give my girlfriend old looking tulips (or any flower in general). I am a first time customer and you can believe I am never going back. I understand that Valentines weekend is a busy week but that is no excuse for leftover tulips!

I just went in to try to place a couple of orders and the woman behind the counter was having a personal conversation over the phone in Armenian for about 10 minutes before I decided to leave. I was never acknowledged in that time. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Flowers are a sweet and sentimental way of saying I care I love you, you’re important! And they really help you express those sentiments in a sweet flowery way! Flowers are a timeless expression of care and consideration and love! Conroys is also a staple in those expressions! With they’re great selection of flowers and they’re delivery service

Great florist with beautiful arrangements and super helpful and friendly employees. We surprised our grandmother with a beautiful bouquet, stuffed bear, and a box of chocolates. Really great selection!

I LOVE this place. I don’t know why in the world it would get bad reviews. While I have never ordered from them I have always bought flowers straight from the store. The customer service is always great, the people are friendly and sweet.

Yesterday I went to buy some flowers for my mom (March 8, International Women day) They had a nice selection and the young guy who works there is very cute and helpful.
I didnt know they are doing delivery’s which is perfect.
They are very price. I’m not sure if its only because of the event of March 8 or usually this are the prices (my first time there).

My family sent me flowers for my birthday which were arranged and delivered by Conroy’s. My arrangement was a large vase packed full of wild field flowers but they are my favorite, the arrangement lasted 15 days before dying out and smelled absolutely lovely. I do not know what they cost but it doesn’t matter — my family doesn’t put a price on my happiness.

I second what everyone else said, this place is terrible! The worst flower shop in the valley! Don’t want to get too into my experience with them but to keep it short, the $ 50 bouquet I asked for was full of field flowers and herbs. «Roses are expensive» the guy said to me. Really now? This place is overpriced and just a waste of space.

Ordered a corsage over the phone for my daughter’s prom. She went to pick it up two days later and they handed her roses in a vase! She told the employee that it was supposed to be a wrist corsage (which we had a confirmation number for), so with a complete nasty attitude the employee proceeded to make a wrist corsage. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever at this place! I can guarantee we will never return to this place!

Do not shop at this place!
I ordered one of the new mother’s day flower arrangements online. The ad clearly stated that if mother’s loved roses they would love this arrangement of purple, peach, and lavender roses with a purple frosted vase. Considering that my mom loves the color purple, I felt this would be the perfect gift regardless of the incredibly high price. I asked my mother to send me a picture of the arrangement just to make sure it was as nice as the one online and to my surprise it looked NOTHING like the one I ordered. The arrangement of red, pink, and white roses with a red vase was definitely not what I had ordered.
I picked up the flowers from my mother’s house and took them back to the flower shop, hoping that this was just a mistake and they would give me the correct flower arrangement. To my surprise the manager starts explaining that in small print it clearly states that they have the right to use whatever resources they have should they run out of certain merchandise. He continued to explain that he never received any purple or lavender roses so they used what they had. All hell broke loose at this point. Feeling as though I had just been scammed, I pulled out a copy of my receipt where it clearly described the arrangement and nowhere on my receipt did it say anything about using other resources if they run out. To top if off, I see some purple vases behind the manager. He explained how he couldn’t give me one of these because they were for that day’s orders. I said «Well my order was for yesterday and it is not complete, therefore one of those vases is mine, and I don’t care what you do, but you will make this arrangement purple!» Well they ended up changing the vase and added purple flowers (not roses) I was tempted to just demand my money back, but I felt bad for the lady who kindly took the arrangement apart and tried her best to make it look «purple» I will never again shop at this place!!! ugh!

I guess when it comes to business, we deal with many businesses and then learn to pick a few of them to carry our signature of approval and trust. Conroy’s in North Hollywood has mine!
Over the years I have come back to them over and over to order my floral arrangement. Many of my friends and family have done their weddings and parties utilizing them because initially they fell in love with what I had.
I think they are all awesome! especially the owners Jaime and Cesar. They spend time with you learn your taste and the purpose of your order. then they pick flowers, one by one to match your taste just like an artist. They are artists and their art is Floral arrangement. I think we sometimes buy flowers from grocery stores and there’s nothing wrong with that!!! but when time comes to pick flowers for an special occasions then we go someplace to handle our order especially personal. Something that will show who we are and works like our signature. Right??!
They treat every order as the especial order, one of a kind! My sister ordered a floral arrangement from them last year from Spain, and the next day called me to forward her a picture, since her phone was ringing off the hook by in laws that wanted to know the artist.

HORRIBLE!!!
I spoke to a person named «Caesar» over the phone on a Thursday afternoon and ordered a bouquet to be dropped off to a client, paying with the company credit card. «Caesar» claimed the grand total would be $ 76.06 and that I would definitely get a receipt emailed to me. NO receipt. I called an hour later, «Where is my receipt Caesar?» he tells me, «Oh it’s coming!»
I wait until the next morning and call again, speaking this time to a «Garrett» person. I ask him for the receipt that «Caesar» FAILED to deliver. Garrett does the following:
1) Asks me if I know how to use my email.
2) Informs me that I may get in my car, leave my office, waste my time and my gasoline to «get a reprint of the receipt» from him.
3) Tells me it’s «too late» to get it emailed now– shall I quote? «Yeah so, like, it’s too late to get it emailed now, soooooo, yeah»
And then FINALLY when I ask him point blank if he has a FAX MACHINE in his shop, «Garrett» then says, «Oh yeah! Well, I guess I can print it and tape it to some paper and fax it to you.» Thanks a lot genius.
I get the receipt– and its for $ 81.55!!! I was quoted $ 76.06 from «Caesar» the first horrible employee. So I was lied to not once, but twice. NO APOLOGIES later from «Garrett,» I count that as the third strike and they are out.
DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS.

This place sucks!!!
I called and placed an order for an orchid lei for my little cousin’s graduation. COMPLETELY overpriced costing over $ 30! I could have gotten it for less than $ 20 at Ralphs and have it look just as great!
When I walked in the store there were only 2 employees, both assisting customers. I thought it would be simple come in, grab my already waiting order and go but nope!
I stood around for about 20 minutes while neither of the employees acknowledged me or the growing line. Quite ridiculous!
This place only gets more than one star because the flowers were of good quality.
But overall service sucks and its way overpriced!

It was a pleasant experience and it was my first time to order from them.
I came in Friday afternoon to get a Get well soon flower arrangement. I was given a lot of choices and was given permission to go inside the refrigerated sections to look at the ready made arrangements. I chose one of the ready made ones and they asked me if I wanted to change the vase at no additional cost and they even changed some of the flowers which were a little droopy according to them. I didn’t even notice that they were a little droopy but it was nice of them to do that.
I was browsing their holiday catalog and I wanted to order a Happy Birthday cupcake arrangement but their shipment for the kit doesn’t come in till next week so they ask me to get the slice of cake at the price of the cupcake one which is $ 10 cheaper, so that was appreciated.
Overall, it was a good experience.
