I came in with my son to get an athletic packet notarized for school and the gentleman with glasses was very rude and unprofessional. I had went to the UPS store on Rainbow and Cheyenne in August and had the very same packet notarized with no problems. The notary/cashier told me he wouldn’t notarize my 14 year old son’s signature because his high school ID didn’t have his signature on it. I explained that I had it done in Aug with no problem but it didn’t matter. I asked him how I could get this form notarized, he’s not old enough for a permit, he said well get him a passport. A passport?

The guy was rude and not accommodating never said anything nice like hello and he insisted that we had to pack our stuff outside of the building which I was going to do anyway so he didn’t have to say that and he’s a total jerk and I don’t think I’m gonna go to that store at all. N he was condescending to the black older worker. he was so rude to us and not accommodating. Young guy with glasses. Well not that young but he has no customer service skills.

I love the UPS Store at this location! It’s super convenient because this business offers a variety of services. I’ve gotten things notarized and faxed at UPS, for example. Whenever I stop in, there’s little to no wait time to get helped. The employees are always really helpful and friendly too. Case in point– UPS employees will actually help you get mailing packages ready for shipping.(At the United States Postal Service, you’ll be offered no such help). UPS is pretty much a one-stop shop. Gotta love it.
