I was so excited to go to Shermin Williams near me to get advice on a look I am going for in my master bedroom. I saw a photo online and wanted to copy the look. I thought Shermin Williams would be the best place to go for a more personal feel and for more expert advice. Sadly for me, I was highly disappointed when the store associate displayed just about the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did he skip over me in line (the customer had to point out it was actually my turn) the gentlemen seemed as though he could care less about helping match the color and even less about helping me figure out how to get the finish in the photo. He ended up pointing at some sponges and left to attend to the next customer. I left without buying anything from there and surprisingly got the help I wanted from a Home Depot associate.
